"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"Everything was great at this hotel. The only issue is the shower curtain is short in the shower. Make sure you put an extra towel on the floor. Water will splash outside the shower floor on to the bathroom floor. Very slippery without towels on the wet floor. Staff very accommodating with extra towels and cleaning if needed. Overall, good staff response and desk."

"The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained."
