"This place was great for me and my son to stay. It is close to historic downtown and convenient to all we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive for which we were grateful. I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. The apartment building isn't the cleanest but we felt safe. I would stay there again."

Location was great, right downtown by the convention center. Very clean. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my travels. Firm memory foam. This would be the first place I look to stay at if I'm ever back in the area. "

"AWESOME! Excellent stay. Just outside the hotel was a bus stop taking you straight into downtown. Just a 10 min ride! So great to have individual washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. There are several places for entertainment and food close to hotel. There is easy access to the metro line as well in case metro is your thing. Unit was super spacious!"

"Front desk and bell hop staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for the Roots Picnic and this was our first visit to the city. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing & a few good eats in walking distance. Our room looked to be a little outdated and could use some love and care. It needs like a deep clean of the walls, linen and furniture. Not a bad stay at all just need some improvements."
