"Resort was clean, staff were not only professional but kind and very helpful, grounds were gorgeous. You dont have to leave the resort but if you do its safe and there is a multitude of things to do and places to eat in the area. Easy to get to all sites around the island and concierge is very helpful with coordinating your wants and needs! Would definitely stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay at Sonesta Ocean Resort! Beautiful resort with amazing views and staff! The food was sooo good too and I usually am not fond of all inclusive food. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Diane & Frank! They became like family during our stay and deserve ALL of the accolades! Only suggestion: BRING CASH! The ATM at the resort casino was out of order the entire time and there’s no other close one within walking distance. We had to be driven to one. You’re gonna need cash for tips and taxis (they only take cash). Otherwise, kudos to sonesta! We’ll be back :)"

"It’s a great hotel especially for shopping. I stayed in the deluxe studio on the 4th floor, it’s was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. No major complaints, I will be back again. Only thing I had a minor issue with is the fact that you would need to unplug the fridge to use the microwave but it’s all good once you remember to plug it in again. "
