Overall this property was very good. There was some issues getting some clean towels during the week which was worked out in the end. It’s taken care of very well and the staff are extremely welcoming and kind.
Outdated rooms, Rooms are not cleaned and you are not provided new towels unless it’s a 24 hour advance notice which they don’t specify. If i knew this I would stayed at an Air BnB for a better price and better view.
I really enjoyed this resort. It’s on the outskirts of town, but if you want to enjoy golf, the pool and activities to wind down and relax - this is an excellent place.
Jennifer in activities went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Shayan from reception was also wonderful. She helped find our hometown NHL team on the big screen in the fitness room! All in all… it was hard to leave! We’ll be back.
Beautiful resort and landscaping. Room with single bedroom was very nice and spacious. Outdoor patio was perfect, shady and breezy. Golf course was awesome/first rate. Only downside was the hard sell from the Wyndham Resort people trying to sell time shares. They are clever and hit you up immediately upon initial check-in. However they did give us $100 resort voucher for attending the sales presentation, etc.

The good:
-Beautiful golf course with friendly staff
-Nice to have washer/dryer in the room and full kitchen
-Good sized pool with bartender and ability to order food
The bad:
-Being accosted by timeshare representatives who don't understand the meaning of the word no throughout the entirety of our vacation and upon returning home
-The paper thin walls, resulting in hearing your neighbors fight, have sex, and listen to music as if it were in your own room - hope you aren't travelling with kids who can hear!
-The locals who frequent the pool on the weekends make it far too busy to enjoy a nice afternoon
-The area around the property itself is quite sketchy and did not feel very safe especially driving around in the evenings, it is also about 20-30 minutes from any of the popular areas like Scottsdale and Glendale
The legacy golf resort is not anything like is advertised. The place is small, the night staff is rude and a surprise high deposit of at least $300 are the only things awaiting. Do not book here.
Outdated bathroom not clean. Loud noise througout night from old ac system. There were the same old water bottles on ground outside ice machine for two days straight that noone bothered to throw away.
Very nice course, pool, lodging and guest services on golf course!

This place was average to below average. Beautiful grounds and very well kept. Room was clean. On the downside, the walls were super thin, it was easy to hear neighbors snoring or having conversations. The toiletries, linens, towels, etc were are cheap. Bathtub/shower was very small. Everything just needs a modern update to fall into a ‘resort’ property

Great access to spring training games and airport. But beware- this is a Wydham resort which includes the pressures to sign up for timeshare. For $40 (yes they charge you) they will inconvenience you and your spouse with high pressure sales pitches about how great their timeshare group is.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations all hours of the night.
This hotel called the morning we where to check in and informed us that they where bumping us and we had to find a new hotel last minute that had availability that day!!!
We had just landed in Phoenix after a 4 hour flight that morning and didn’t know the area at all. I had booked this hotel 5 months ago and they called the morning of!! So unprofessional!!! No way will we every book with this hotel again
Room was clean and had about everything you could need. The facility was beautiful. Staff was informative and accommodating during our stay. Overall a great experience.
Nice accommodation with everything we needed for our vacation. Close to the Phoenix airport.

There is a great venue next door to the resort called The Farm that would have been great to be able to walk to it.
Vending machines never seemed to work and were always out of water.
No dining places or even a convenient store for necessities. Hard to get around or go back and forth to the main office if you don’t have a car. Basically you feel you are in middle of no where if you are staying there for few days!!
We loved the heated pool and ambiance of the pool area. All the food we tried was excellent. Beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed pickleball and shuffle board. Staff was very accommodating. We plan to return.
The property is centrally located to shopping and trails. The amenities: pool, barbeques, restaurant and bar are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All in all a great place to stay
