The suite we had was very spacious, definitely worth the money for a 2 king bedroom suite. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, and the free snacks during happy hour was really nice, not to mention your choice of free soda, free beer, or free wine. The pool was very nice, with a selection of loungers in both the sun and shade. We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Ronald at the front desk was very friendly and kind. The courtyard/patio areas were really nice and comfortable, beautiful landscaping. The weekday breakfast was good, very tasty, but repeated too often. The suite provided ample space for a family of five. But there were several areas that could be improved. The carpet in our living room definitely needed to be cleaned, there were large dark stains over several areas. The toilets were very low and in the master bedroom the toilet was wobbly, not sealed to the floor. Just overall, the property could use some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and would return as well as refer others.

Great place to relax and enjoy some down time with the amenities of being home. Room cleanliness was so so, there was chunks of hair on the floor by the bathroom as if no sweeping took place, as well as in the shower. Pool was nice and clean, plenty of towels, shady umbrellas and lounge chairs. Breakfast bar was good, plenty of fruit, coffee, and little bites to enjoy.

The property was pretty rundown, needs updating , the patio and the pool area was very small , nothing like the pictures. Hallways had old dirty carpets. Night shift front desk was very unfriendly. Breakfast was very average. The area was great and safe. The hotel is located in a very good high end shopping center . Parking easy and convenient .

Stayed at the sonesta on gainey great customer service , breakfast was great loved the outdoor patio sets to set outside, 24 hr service felt good there a A only downfall the carpet was a bit stained and the pullout mattess couch needs to be inspected for clean sheets my sheets had peanuts inside other then that great would stay again.
