"We were staying at a 4-star hotel in TN, not only was it expensive, the cleaning crews told us they were too tired to clean all of the hotel daily as they were supposed to, so our room never got serviced until we called, and the staff were distant and not readily accessible nor friendly. Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit. The hotel was safe, the pool was heated, there were pool toys provided, a game room, breakfast, and best of all clean. well worth the extra miles off the main road. highly recommend this hotel. "

"An older property and furnishings but very clean. Breakfast was minimal and all sugar (think Little Debbie’s) and cereal. Best night sleep though with constant fan setting and blackout curtains. Great for the price!"
