We loved everything about Playa Paraiso. Flat is so modern and really very clean. Everything was just as you can see on photos.
Bedroom was quite big. Two single beds pushed together were so spacious that we all could sleep in there. The build-in wardrobe was massive.
There are also a blackout blinds on every window, which was a nice touch, I think, especially for our kids to fall asleep with no problem, plus this is an east side, so it gets bright quite early.
We received so many free towels, even a beach towels, and they were changed after 3 days. Kitchen was equipped just fine, no unnecessary items.
The whole building is on a hill, giving you a fantastic views of the ocean, beaches near by and kite and wind surfers. This place was ideal for us (2 adults + 2 small children), because it was quiet location and close to amazing beaches.
Staff was very helpful and nice. We will be back very soon for sure.

This was our first visit to the Esmeralda Maris but have stayed in the Esmeralda Hotel opposite for the past 14 years. It was a great experience for us doing self-catering, although on this occasion breakfast was included which was superb with plenty of food on offer, including cooked breakfast. The apartment was roomy with a good third bed in the lounge for the third person in our party. We did have our evening meal in the Restaurant of the Maris which was reasonable but felt we could do our own cooking for the rest of our stay which worked out so reasonably priced with good cooking facilities in our apartment. We could then enjoy our evening meal at our leisure on the superb balcony with wonderful sea views. We would recommend the Esmeralda Maris to everybody and we will certainly be back there next year - probably for two visits . You cannot get better surroundings and scenery than the Costa Calma. Thank you for your help in booking this for us.

Im used to seeing foreigners spending holidays on the spanish coasts, but Germany took posession of Fuerteventura's beaches for ever. If you want to eat typical canarian food, be in touch with spanish islanders and enjoy the great spanish way of life, dont come here. But if you are german and dont bother learning any spanish word at all (not even "gracias"), you like an old german woman singing every Tuesday and Saturday in the restaurant of the complex traditional german songs, while you enjoy a slice of kattenbrot, thats your place. The beach is close to the hotel, the night is calm (no yongsters around) and you can relax (when the singer's not singing) lying next to the pool.
