Needed to be near University to assist daughter attending to register. Stayed in French budget hotels before and Wow!! What a find this was, staff fantastic, clean, comfortable beds, TV in room, air conditioning. Cannot praise highly enough. 57€ for 3 people in one room per night!! Bargain totally recommend. Restaurant next to hotel, location great! food not to our taste but good restaurants in town centre!!

We had a great time staying in this hotel. It's on a great street with lovely restaurants and a metro supermarket type store - close to everything you could possibly need. The room was clean and comfortable and the cleaners went above and beyond each morning (even popping my extremely heavy suitcase on a small stand for me). We spent three very comfortable nights here and I would definitely recommend it.

Visited for one night en-route to the channel ports from Toulouse.
Very well situated in the centre of town, but access by car not great. Major roadworks & improvements currently taking place make getting there difficult & frustrating. The hotel advises not to use satnav, and I can confirm that it became confused by numerous diversions and narrow one-way streets. Better to print off a good map beforehand. Once the roadworks are complete, it should be easier.
Overnight public parking in the large multi-storey is cheap, reasonably secure and a short walk from the hotel. People with resticted mobility may struggle a little though.
Hotel is clean and has recently been refurbished. The rooms are modern, well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom facilities are good. In this respect, the hotel belies it's two star rating - it is far more comfortable than that.
Elevator to the upper floors is very small and will probably only just accommodate wheelchair users.
The hotel has no bar or eating areas and no overnight staff - a keycard gives access at the front door. If arriving late, let them know and they'll give you an access code to tap in. We went out to eat in one of the numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Very good continental breakfast served in the room in the morning if ordered the night before.
For a short leisure or business stay, the hotel is perfect, but for a longer stay, it's lack of facilities is a little limiting. Recommended and we would go back.

Food always good, had my best omelette for dinner and adequate breakfast. Absolutely no problems staying at this hotel. Enjoyed the shopping nearby too.

The hotel was an ideal stopover for our journey through France. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice and well presented. The kids loved the pool the next morning. Would certainly recommend it.

Access to bathroom impeded by the 2 beds squashed into a rather small room. Not possible to open door fully which is quite annoying for most people to have to squeeze in. The bathroom did have some useful features for disabled people but most disabilities would make it impossible to enter.
Bedding is good and tea and coffee facilities appreciated.
