“This little place was perfect for us. It was exactly what we wanted. Check in was a breeze and the parking was a 5 minute walk to our studio. We parked the car and never went back to it till we left. Walking distance to everywhere . We will be back for sure.”

“We loved the location! You can park your car and spend the entire stay exploring on foot. When you're ready for a rest, you can walk back to the apartment and sit on the balcony and people watch. The apartment is spacious and flooded with natural light. I would recommend replacing the carpet and the patio wicker bench but the location is so good that those items were a small blemish on the place.”

“My daughter and I stayed at ocean song for Mother’s Day weekend. We had a really good time. Place was extremely clean, (I think this was the first time I didn’t have to clean anything when I got to a vacation house), close to the beach and it was very relaxing sitting outside on the deck at night, listening to the ocean. We will definitely stay again!”

“We traveled from upstate New York by car, to find our place exactly as described in ad. Easy check in and check out. Met Keristin the landlord a few days after check in, who was there to check on her place. Nice to see an owner who really cares about their property. We met some friends for life who also stayed there. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and was in excellent condition. We would definately recomend this as a place to stay!”

“It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off”

“Lovely property, impeccably clean, with beautiful private pool an added plus. Property owner is accommodating and accessible. The Lincolnville neighborhood location is easily walkable to historic downtown shops and restaurants, St. Augustine distillery, San Sebastián winery, and also a local corner brewery with live entertainment. Neighborhood is eclectic and rich with history. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The apartment was named "quaint" and was accurate. It was comfortable and quiet. I wasn't a big fan of the window ac unit (it ran really long times) but since it was colder at night, we just turned it off. Only thing I'd want different next time is better pillows. They were really flat. I will absolutely look into staying here again. Easy walk to everything (we went as far as the fort) with tons of food/drink options without actually having to go to the busy section of town. Would recommend a...

“This is a perfect home for couples! Very open layout for living/dining and a spacious bedroom. Decor is tasteful and location is a 5 minute drive to the historic district. The host, Melody, is AMAZING! She has thought of everything. If you forgot something at home, check around the cottage first; it's probably there! The baked cookies were a welcoming touch.
