Neighborhood overview:
An historic residential neighborhood, peaceful and safe. Surrounded by beautiful Victorian era homes where just about all our neighbors are our friends. The recently opened Preserved Restaurant is about a 30 second walk and is a "must try". It's a two minute walk to the Ice Plant Restaurant and the Saint Augustine Distillery and walk for a few more minutes and you will arrive at the San Sebastian Winery both of which have free tours and tastings, the winery restaurant has live music at the weekends. We are close enough to everything we feel the entire town is our neighborhood.

If you plan to stay around the historic downtown are we are 10 minutes walk from almost anywhere. There is public transportation in the form of " The Sunshine Bus Company" Pedi-Cab services and the trolley services (Old Town Trolley and Ripleys). with a stop just a couple of minutes away at the Ice Plant Restaurant.

Other things to note:
The space is also provided with a coffee maker and filters an electric kettle and all the tea, ground coffee and sugar you need. There is also a full sized ironing board and iron for your use. The bathroom has everything you need including a hair dryer. Brochures from a lot of the local attractions are on hand as well as a map of the area. Should you need anything else (within reason) to make your stay a memorable one please let us know in advance, my husband and I are always available.

"Quaint" and comfortable
The apartment was named "quaint" and was accurate. It was comfortable and quiet. I wasn't a big fan of the window ac unit (it ran really long times) but since it was colder at night, we just turned it off. Only thing I'd want different next time is better pillows. They were really flat. I will absolutely look into staying here again. Easy walk to everything (we went as far as the fort) with tons of food/drink options without actually having to go to the busy section of town. Would recommend a stay here

Short stay
My sister and I were in town for a wedding. The property served our needs well. Very convenient. My main suggestion would be to have more outside lighting.

Tiny Space close to Nights of Lights
The place is incredibly small but good location to the Nights of Lights. It's hard to manage even two people in this tiny room and the furniture is too big for the space. I don't appreciate having to strip bed and remove trash when I already have to pay a cleaning fee. They should have made that clear before booking. From this unit you could hear people above walking around and going up/down the stairs so it made for a poor nights sleep.

Great weekend in St Augustine
Very fun stay. Super easy walk to numerous restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. The place worked perfect for us. Cozy as described but had everything we needed and did not feel cramped. Parked the car on-site at arrival and didn’t touch it again until we left. The host Lizy is very friendly and helpful and we met a nice couple staying in another part of the house while having drinks on the porch.
