The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. "The hotel staff were always very polite, cheerful, friendly and competent. Our Loft room was excellent and perfectly serviced every day by a charming cleaning lady. But, a couple of things not so good - we were told that there was no need to reserve a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner but that was clearly not the case. Worst of all was the total lack of taxis to venture away from the hotel. We tried to go to Alcudia market, made an early start at 8.45am, waited over an hour at the hotel...

"Nice pool, access to both apartment and hotel pool. Very close (about 200m from the beach) so nice short walk. Decent view, was of the road and the trees beyond but depends where you are, some had view of the back which was grasslands and some of the pool. Sometimes staff didn't quite understand what was being said, but this wasn't very major and to be expected when visiting a country foreign to your own. This didn't really impact my stay very much."

Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach. Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him. Seriously brilliant customer service. Very clean around, nice activities for kids. Overall very pleasant stay.

But, a couple of things not so good - we were told that there was no need to reserve a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner but that was clearly not the case. Worst of all was the total lack of taxis to venture away from the hotel. We tried to go to Alcudia market, made an early start at 8.45am, waited over an hour at the hotel for a taxi but none available and the busses were completely full and not letting on passengers. We gave up! Similarly, the hotel will not help with transport from/to the airport. Thankfully we had made our own arrangements before travelling. All in all, a very pleasant stay let down by the unavailability of local transport.

everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly, it is quite clean and tidy, it looks like new. the activities they offer, swimming pool, nature, tennis, football, volleyball, table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf and others are perfect. the right place to rest, we really have no complaints. a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. highly recommended!!!
