I am sorry your experience wasn't positive. Any issues related to the rooms appearance if brought to our attention would have allowed us to provide you an alternate room. We do not have a King size room type so there is no possible way that you could have booked one. There was no construction going on but unfortunately a lady who was not a guest crashed her RV into our entrance awning and we did have to work to extract that.

We are sorry your stay wasn't ideal. Any issues pertaining to room presentation if brought to our attention would allow us to provide you alternative accommodations. I have personally checked our vacant rooms in every section of the property and I am unable to recreate the issue with the smell of the water but if brought to our attention we would have been more than happy to provide you a different room. Being as Portland is a large diverse city it seems a little judgmental to be critical of our guests' appearances especially when we have had no issues or complaints about any of them.

I am sorry you had a negative experience. There was no kitchenette because you did not book a kitchenette room type. The TV issue was a comcast outage and was not isolated to your room. We apologize for the cleanliness issue and it was noted you were issued a refund. If any issues are brought to our attention at check in we will gladly provide you another room and make sure the issues are addressed before the room is used again.

You never stayed with us - so, apologize wherever you found yourself. Virtual card was never charged. You did not stay here though
