Amazing home!
My friends & I stayed here for my 25th birthday and we had an absolutely amazing time! The house really reminded me of home and gave it such a nostalgic feeling that helped all of us feel safer in an unfamiliar place. Would absolutley recommend this to anyone visiting the portland area! We can't wait to come back!

Good option for a family
Good location just 20 minutes from downtown. Nice setup, kitchen supplies a little light. Great fenced yard for pets.

Second stay at this property
It is a beautiful property but seems maintenance is falling down. The landscaping is overgrown, on the deck we saw some of the siding on the house is missing; and in the basement, the cracked window we saw on our last visit, is still cracked. Very sad this beautiful property is not being fully cared for!

Relaxing place to stay
We had a great time visiting family in the area. The property worked well for us (couple with child, father, aunt). The home is nice, outdoor area is great, the property managers promptly answered when we messaged them. Wi-Fi is spotty in the bedrooms, but was only a minor inconvenience and easy fix with an added router if they chose to in the future. Overall would recommend.

wonderful place
We had a great stay here - the house was spacious, clean, with two great yards. It felt like we were in the country surrounded by trees, a nearby creek and covered bridge and quiet neighborhood. And still very close to Portland city life. High marks all around. We were all very happy here, including the dog.

Great place inside and out!
The setting of this house is gorgeous and our kids had a great time playing in the yard. The house has a few maintenance things that need to be addressed but overall is very nice. Definitely the best bed I’ve slept on at a rental too! Will be using this property again for sure.

Did not disappoint!
Beautiful property. Large home in a quiet neighborhood but close to Portland. We rented this home for a visit with our daughter and to attended her baby shower. Our other adult children were to stay with us, but weather impacted their travel plans do we had the home to ourselves, too much space for only 2 Senior adults. The House is perfect for a large family. We will stay here again when hopefully our other children can come too.

The overall
Overall my experience was good. Few hiccups in the process which can be expected sometimes tech doesn’t work right the electric lock decided to malfunction. Wi-Fi is spotty you are in a area i between trees a creek little mountains so if you need to work from there or can’t stay off your tech might not be the best place for you. That being said the house is beautiful the property is beautiful. The view is amazing it is nice to get away and just enjoy the beauty. The internet issue is the only reason I did 4 star instead of 5 because I had a hard time with work related stuff.

Horrible Customer Service from iTrip Vacations
We were notified at 2:30pm on the day of check in (which was at 4pm) that the furnace was not working at the property. It was 25 degrees at the time. We were offered to cancel or they would get space heaters. Unfortunately because we were there for a funeral, and had family staying with us as well as our dog that we had paid a pet fee for, we didn't have time to find another option so we chose to use the space heaters and were promised a discount. Upon arriving at the house, we find that the lock is frozen and not working properly. I call iTrip with very spotty cell service and she eventually says "oh yes, it says here they are having trouble with the deadbolt", but no one had bothered to tell us this. It took 10 minutes of standing out in the freezing weather to get the door to open. We had so many issues we had to leave the sliding glass door unlocked anytime we were gone just so we could get back in. Upon entering, there was no book or notes or anything that told us any rules, check out instructions, wifi info or anything. I had to text for the wifi info only to find out the wifi didn't work. So we had almost no cell service, no wifi, and no TV. Communicated with the managers who tried to tell us the wifi was unplugged which we provided pictures of and it wasn't. We also discovered there were two fireplaces at the house but no one bothered to leave us firewood even though there was no heat. We spent more of our own money to buy firewood. The space heaters that were in the home were not sufficient. Also discovered there is no toaster in the home, no dish towels and no wine opener (even though there are wine glasses available to use). I did the best I could for check out considering there were no instructions. I did what I have done at other VRBO's in the past. After all of the issues we had and communicating with iTrip, we were given a very inadequate refund and told "well the contract states that no refunds will be given for maintenance issues including heat". Its truly a shame because the house is adorable and the property is beautiful. Unfortunately because of the issues, I would not stay there again. I honestly felt like they thought we were lying about everything. They made an already hard weekend that much worse.

We are very surprised by this review. The day of your check in Oregon was experiencing one of the worst snowstorms in over 40 years. This severe storm caused many issues in homes as can be imagined. As soon as we were aware that the furnace stopped working, we immediately notified you. We do understand it was short notice, but this was also the case for us as well. We gladly offered a 100% refund so that you could book a hotel or make other accommodations. We also gladly provided the location of our guestbook which included property specific information to assist during your stay. It’s unfortunate that despite our best efforts to proactively notify you as quickly as we could we were still left this review. We do appreciate that you felt the house was adorable and property beautiful, we are look forward to guests experiencing all it has to offer.
