This was so close to OHSU. It literally took less than 5 minutes! There is a lot of construction and when we first arrived I wondered about the safety, but we were fine and the motel manager assured me that they had very few problems. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

In much need of upgrades. My room smelled like cigarettes. Not sure if the person staying near was a heavy smoker or the room was already penetrated. The carpet is old and dirty as well as the curtains.

I liked the price, but my expectations were higher because of the web site pictures. These show a nice and clean rooms, building and facility areas. The A/C Heater/Fan was too loud. Pillows are very nice. Bath towels does not match each other (no big deal).

Solid comfortable and clean
My adult son needed a place to stay for about a week. This location was near public transportation and places to dine. Simple clean lodging with a refrigerator and microwave as well as daily breakfast. Helpful, compassionate and no nonsense staff was deeply appreciated. Great value near downtown Portland.

Good location with parking
The location is very convenient location to get to other parts of Portland. Having free parking and a bar next door and walking distance to food carts is a huge plus.

The heating facility in the room cannot generate enough warm air, which makes you feel cold in the night. No housekeeping staffs available during our stay. AC was quite noisy and not effective.

I didn't stay at that place. The receptionist proposed a last-minute refund of my payment due to my inability to stay in a noisy bedroom. As an alternative, I was offered the choice to remain in a bedroom with unclean bed linens. Poor customer service. I'm expecting a refund of my money.

We cannot control the noise of housekeepers vacuum at 3pm. I was the one that issued the refund. Had we of moved you a 3rd time the noise would of been the same at that time of the day. You need to contact Expedia for refund. We have already refunded the money.Thank you

Great location. We walked everywhere. Right beside a track to workout and parks/trails up the road. Only 4 miles from our friends. Food trucks parked close. Suki's was fun. Tent camp was close by but we had no issues. Parking was free and always available.
