I had an inconveniece with my car parked in the garage. When i left after my check out i have noticed a damage on my rented car. i made a police report NPP 220982/2024. please check in the cameras on 12/05/2024 between 1:00 and 3:30am and you will see any guest car damaging my car without notice you. I am fully convinced because i stop at property around 1 am and i checked my car around once i'd return it to the rental company at 4am...for this reason i would like you check the cams placed into the garage to check the exatly time ohter guest went out because when i left no more car was parked beside of mine. MY CAR WAS A "3008 PEUGEOT", color GRAY, plate number BH-65-UR and my room number was #614. Thank you! Raphael Oliveira

Hotel.com! Please give correct directions!
The hotel stay was excellent but it was - Holiday Inn!!?!?! The booking reference stated "If a late check-in is planned, contact this property directly". We planned to arrive around 7 pm, but came later. I could not find Gaia Residence at that address. I came to the same block after circling for an hour 3 times around complex hilly old suburb with numerous roundabouts and slip lanes. I finally decided to ask nearby Holiday Inn hotel reception for directions., You can imagine our surprise and frustration when they said that they are the same as Gaia Residence!!!! Why wouldn't my reservation instructions state that!!! Other than that please give 8 out of 10 to the property! Highly recommended!

This property is located within the Holiday Inn. The rooms was large and updated. It had a full kitchen. It was a great stay.

Perfect, Fabulous Value - but read my fine print
This apartment is superb value! Perfect! Three things to know - 1. It is INSIDE the Holiday Inn, being an apartment managed by the front desk. They don't tell you that. 2. The kitchen is abominably set up with no dish towel or paper towels, a smattering of utensils, and so on. 3. We were given a smoking room! The desk found us a non-smoking one, which made it all good.

Gaia Residence is in Holiday Inn but they don’t say this. You get a nice big room but it lacks the basics like a dust bin in the room and, dining table and chairs. There’s a tiny kitchen with a hob, kettle and microwave but not really useful without the dinner table. Breakfast on 2nd floor is fine but similar each day. Hotel is quite far out in Gaia city and not that well served by public transport although we used the Andente Tour card to get the buses within 10 minutes walk. There’s a supermarket about 5 minutes away where you can buy water and stuff.

The rooms were gorgeous. Big and spacious, just as the pictures indicated. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing though.
