Prince is located approximately 230 miles (370 kilometers) from Washington, the national capital.
Southern West Virginia attracts travelers from all over the globe, which means getting from A to B is a breeze. Be sure to set aside enough time to discover the many scenic and cultural wonders the region has to offer. If you are keen to experience more of the region, head 9 miles (14 kilometers) to Beaver. Here you can spend an hour or two visiting the Someplace Special Gem Mine and Little Beaver State Park.
Lewisburg, is another good place to head to. It is approximately 35 miles (56 kilometers) from Prince and offers a number of interesting attractions, like West Virginia State Fair Fairgrounds, Lewisburg Elks Country Club and Greenbrier Valley Theatre. And don't head back to Prince until you've checked out Lewisburg's Lost World Caverns and North House Museum.
Head to Southern West Virginia's history museums. These are excellent spots to explore, particularly on unpleasant days.
Get outside and make the most of the local adventure options in the area around Prince. Try horse riding or give quad biking a try.
When the time comes to say farewell to Prince, head to the nearest major airport situated in Beckley, 6 miles (10 kilometers) away.
