The room was clean, the staff was courteous every thing good

Staff was great, we had to switch rooms, too much snow on tv and very noisy heater, 2nd room was much better but still not the clearest tv and low water pressure

The check in process was fast and efficient. The gentleman behind the counter was delightful.

The continental breakfast offering was really bad. Did not eat a thing. Same issue in the last Microtel we stayed at 2 weeks ago. Thought we'd give it a second chance in a different location, but just as disappointing. The staff was all wonderful, especially the young lady that checked us in. Room was acceptable but pillows terrible.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The hot tub was lukewarm and we couldn’t get the jets to work, but the pool was a great temperature.
