Giulia was very responsive to any needs and sent help if we needed it! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her place!"

"Our nearly 2 week stay in this apartment was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and appointed wonderfully. the location was perfect and the town and people were everything we hoped for when we booked this dream trip. we explored every nook and cranny of Spoleto and cant wait to come back again. "The apartment was amazing, very large, well equipped, very clean and really comfortable. Pietro was excellent in his hand over and nothing was too much for trouble for him. The location was ideal, with a lovely view onto the Piazza from both balconies. Access to buses into central Rome is only a very short walk away and there is a taxi rank on the Piazza. Plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in close vicinity. We were at the apartment for 12 days and highly recommend it as a first...

"This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Rome. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot a few minutes from our place. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. Very convenient to all sites by bus which was at the corner. The busses ran every 10 minutes or so and took you right into town. From there it was an easy walk. We also used Uber a few times...

"The apartment was on the 1st floor, very comfortable and clean. The hostess was pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was small, but we didn't cook much. Metro and bus within walking distance. A few blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Beds comfortable, enough towels for all 7 of us for 3 days. Thank you."

"Our nine-day stay was excellent. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything you need to make a Roma visit a pleasure. There are numerous very good to excellent restaurants within a short walking distance (try Kilo a couple hundred yards from the apartment for excellent steaks). A grocery store with everything you need in food and beverage is a half block away. Bus stops that will get you to everywhere you could want to go in Rome within about 30 minutes are one...

"We have just returned after spending a lovely week in Rome. My wife and our 3 kids have enjoyed the wonderful sites, weather and food. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Rome. It was very clean and well furnished with air conditioning and wifi. We spent the evenings sitting in the outside area where we enjoyed the summer sunsets with a glass of wine overlooking the olive trees! It was very safe and secure with a main complex entrance then main building entry followed by apartment...

"The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man. "

Host was great at communicating and even ensured we got in ok when we landed extremely late, was helpful with places to eat around the area also. She text in English so was perfect! We used the metro system to get to the apartment and it was a short walk from there so ideal for little legs! There was a noisy bar across the road, but noise doesn’t bother us much! A great stay, would recommend and would visit again!"

"This place worked well for our stay in Rome. It was pretty close to the main train/bus station (15 min walk) and we were able to walk most places from here in Rome (we only took the bus 1-2x during our visit). It was nice though because it was in a quieter neighborhood, not super touristy. There were 1-2 markets within 10-15 min walk where we bought groceries. The kitchen of the apartment is quite small though, and would have been nice to have a toaster. The rooms were good size, and my 3 kids...

"Location was a bit further from city center than we thought but had grocery store nearby which was nice. Bathroom was very small and toilet needed servicing since needed much priming to flush and also tended to run after flushing. Need more towels for a week stay. Overall good value for price and answered many questions prior to visit and liked that they set up private transport to and from airport."
