The property was beautiful and the food and drinks were good. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach and the water close in was murky, but was clear and blue at the reef.

I love the property and the staff my fiancé and I had a great experience. We were only disappointed about the fact, that they didn’t have any sort of thoughtfulness regarding my birthday. At other resorts they went all out with out making any request. It took my fiancé to say something and they simply sent a cup cake to the room lol. Unbelievable after all the money that we spent. However, besides that we loved it.

I found it very off that children were not allowed to bike ride as part of the bike tour from the hotel. Half the time my ac did not work in the hotel room and half the time we did not have hot water for our showers. Other then that, everything was great.

The property is a bit outdated and we had issues with the AC in our room. They did try to fix it, but we still stayed in a “stuffy room”. The staff and entertainment was great and they were engaging and attentive. The food was good there was definitely a variety. Drinks a bit watered down unless you ask for strong. Pools were great and beach access was phenomenal. Lots of activities and even a kids area (for families with small Children). This area felt safe.

We liked where are rooms where it was close to the pool and the restaurants. The food was good especially at the Sensai. Would have liked the Ocean Burger next to the pool to have where you can just go up and like Nachos and guacalome or something quick to eat instead of going in to sit. Zumba in the pool was fun.

The staff was very helpful our butler Fernando was the best he catered to our every need. For my daughter’s birthday he made sure and made it extra special. I would stay at this resort again and I have also recommended it to my friends. The food and the variety was excellent.

I loved the kindness, humility, and how helpful everyone was, from the person who carried our suitcases to guest services. Staff like Roberto, Benjamin, Jose, Luis Miguel, waiters, and housekeeping, they spoiled us a lot, making our date so special! The cleaning was excellent, they were very punctual and organized with their schedule, they always left the room like the first day with enough towels and everything in order. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Food & drinks Very good service in each place. Loved the variety of restaurants and the excellent flavor of the food, which still maintains the essence of Mexican food. the cafe place, the ice cream shop, and the juice kiosk are some of the many good places to eat or have something to drink.

I felt very deceived by the 8 star review for this resort. A true bait and switch, and there is no way this gets this type of rating w/out paying someone for it. The resort is dingy, noisy and there is nothing to do out and around the property. The pools are too small for this size resort, warm by 10am and you are fighting for a chair every day. We had to switch rooms 3 times before we got one that the AC worked in and was away from the EVERY night till 12pm "entertainment" (loud as hell party party bs). Outlets didn't work (2 of 3 rooms) broken curtains, musty and no water supplied. You can not advertise family friendly and quiet and then lively on other sites. It can't be all of that. Staff was hit or miss. However I will commend Manuel at customer service who tried manage our issues (damage done) and the staff at the coffee was amazing we spent all our time there since it was the only facility with good AC. They hope you don't complain and stick you in the crap rooms, oh but you can upgade to the club for a $$. I was really disappointed that after the first night I and 3 other guests were in line to complain and request room changes. Spend a little more and stay somewhere better.

Horrible how can something be so horrible? The facility itself was well built it lacked in staff and management and capability of handling issues I had to use my garbage can to flush the toilet. I could not get my room clean, so I threw all the linen and pillows in the breezeway and was getting ready to throw the mattress out when they finally showed up. We never had any hot water. The Jacuzzi tub would not hold any water. We woke up one morning and had no water to shower or brush our teeth. The front desk manager was a total A hole Upgrades in rooms were being purchased with tips The food was terrible even at the special restaurants I have never had a hamburger so bad I would give this a -10 and I’m being polite

This is not the newest or fanciest resort. However, our room was very nice and kept clean. The staff was quite kind and very helpful. We were able to hire a driver for a day to take us several places outside of the resort we wanted to go to. The cost was very reasonable. We took several excursions that were recommended by the staff that were wonderful. The food options were plenty and the food was good. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We would definitely return.

Amazing hotel. Dinning option are great, the buffet has a lot of option and the specialty restaurant are really good. There is many options in bars The lobby bar is really good, Angeles, Reynaldo y Guillermo provide an excellent customer service. The bartender from the chill out pool are awesome Gustavo, Antonio, Elias, Alejandro, Ilda, Henry and Vitalino
