"Great hotel with a gorgeous beach right outside."
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cancun. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The pool was very nice, well maintained and with plenty of deck chairs and towels. The staff was knowledgeable and polite and most were fluent in English. All the on site restaurants were good and we appreciated the 20% discount. Our daughter utilized the gym several times and liked it. Our room was well cared for by the housekeeping staff and ready for us when we returned each afternoon.

"Another Awesome Vacation at the Grand Bahia!!!"
This is our third time back and it was fantastic! Everything was perfect. The food, service and staff were awesome! There were 10 of us both adults and children and everyone had a great experience. The Coba pool rocks! We had the best time with the staff! Big shout out to Alejandro, Edwardo, and David too! (he worked at the towels). The restaurants were great. We loved the rodizio. They now have added a tented outdoor area so you feel like you are eating on the beach. We stayed at Coba premier and it was in front of the pool. Perfect view.

Great resort. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Resort in huge nice walk from room to beach to pool. Nice looking beach but very rocky. Not a great beach to go swimming. Restaurants are top notch. Overall I highly recommend.

"Great Family Vacation, Will Be Back Again!"
We stayed for 8 days and had a blast. It was my boyfriend, myself and twin 13-year olds. The resort is enclosed and they have tons of staff cleaning, directing events, serving, etc. You never feel alone here so we let the girls run around the resort so they could play with their new friends. There is direct access to the beach via a tunnel that goes under the road. The lush grounds and cleanliness are very relaxing. We even saw iguanas and tarantulas on the grounds!! There are different shows every night at 9 pm and during the day there is a plethora of events (Spanish lessons, dancing lessons, towel origami, volleyball matches, aerobics, trivia, and more). The concierge is amazing when it comes to making sure you have enough to do outside the resort as well. We booked most of our excursions through them (mini subs, jeep rentals, snorkeling tour, pirate boat dinner cruise). All were excellent. Keep in mind that island time applies, so our snorkel guide was an hour late to the dock but that just gave the kids time to play on the beach. There are a lot of cruise boats but we didn't care. It was hilarious when the boats would leave at 5 pm and everyone at the beachfront bars would clap and cheer because the sunset would no longer be obstructed. The buffets are decent and they change themes every night so you don't get bored with the selection.

"Don't worry! This place is great!"
Our experience at Sunscape Sabor was fantastic! The people were great, the facilities were nice...not great or fancy but very nice! It's about 10-15 minutes from airport is in a great location. The hotel is fully fenced in and a gate attendent must let you in and out of the facility while confirming who you are by your room number so it's very safe! You can snorkel right on the beach and the pool bar is right there for your convenience. The room was great and we were upgraded to a studio when we arrived so we had a 3rd floor poolside room. The room looked over the pool and the ocean at the same time. The food at the hotel was good but not great. A lot of the same stuff is served day to day but they do it well. That would be the only thing I suggest as something that could be improved a bit. However, the reviews that describe this place as an awful moldy dungeon and say you shouldn't stay here are completey ludicrous. Like I said, this place is nice but not great. A perfect stay for non-high maintenance people. You'll be satisfied with this place but if you're looking for a bit of a nicer stay "Secrets" is the resort right next door that has the same owner. We would consider staying here again if we ever came back to Cozumel!
