We stayed for 4 days in Cancun. We were celebrating our 24th Anniversary. This was our 3rd visit to Cancun,our first stay at a Solaris resort. Our previous stays have been with Riu Las Americas. Initially, we were hesitant on whether we had made the right decision in switching but we're glad we did. When we first made our reservations we had a deluxe suite with an ocean view but had to change our reservations and lost an ocean view room prior to arrival. After discussing our situation to the general manager, he managed to accommodate our request and gave us an ocean view room for the next 3 days. Wonderful service from then on! The maid service even presented a surprise Anniversary decor on our anniversary day with a bed of roses and cute hand towels made into swans. The only drawback would be the beach is not for snorkeling due to the waves but still beautiful and clean,great for lounging! Shopping is not within walking distance but busses are easily accessible and frequent (no long waits).

I have stayed in fiesta American condesa twice best service best hotel in everything best chefs Everything is perfect. Plus I had my wedding this second time I went it was te best they made Everything come out perfect thanks to lizbeth the wedding planner. Also Pedro the bartender perfect Person he is great

I case you are unaware this is # 1 hotel in Mexico for travel/leisure. It was my 4th time staying here and once again they exceeded my expectations. Staff members are fabulous, facilities are in great shape, pools are wonderful, beach in well kept and the service is frequent without you having to chase anyone down. They turndown your room in the evenings and provide aromatherapy in the room. They provide bathrobes, slippers, a bag for the beach and flip flops. The entire hotel smells wonderful. We have stayed at MANY all inclusive hotels but this one knocks all others right out of the park. The food is fabulous and they also have 24/7 in room dining. They have a program called "your wish my wish" and they do all they can to meet those expectations. From someone who travels to this area on a yearly basis you won't regret staying at this hotel it is well worth beyond what you pay to relax here! When you pull up you see 2 Royals Royce which they use to transport guests. One last recommendation during breakfast...order a "bigfoot" delish! I can't even recognize a single staff memeber because they are all so wodnerful. The spa facility is great as well and their water ritual has a nice touch to prepare you for your services.

We went here for our 10yr anniversary & we had the most Amazing time!! We had a beautiful suite over looking the pool & ocean & it was very clean & very comfortable, I was truly impressed! We ate at Maria Maries, Pescatores, Pelicanos, El Mediterraneo & it was fantastic the food & service. Our dinners were absolutely wonderful...atmosphere, service & food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed Pelicanos for breakfast & lunch out by the beach. I enjoyed Reflexology, a Mayan Massage & a Facial in the Spazul....very much recommended it was great!!! Samuel & Levine thank you so much! Pool side was enjoyed everyday & our service was impeccable...thank you Ievonne, Estella, Purdee & Ava!!!! The Lobster dinner on the beach was the BEST...very romantic, food was excellent & the service superb!! Much Much thanks to Marvin!!!! He made our stay truly unforgettable!!! Your Rock Marvin & we will be back!!

received an upgraded room because they were overbooked, room was great, grounds perfect, pools wonderful, staff friendly, only complaint was the ocean was a bit choppy and murky because of a storm the week before. had a great time, lots of walking because their grounds were so big.

Very close to the airport, a nice size and pretty swimming pool. A lot of trees around the restaurant area, so you don't even feel like you're in a city, very quiet as well. Staff was very helpful.

Great place for romantic stay, great service and value. Hidden gem!
