The hotel and staff were fine, but with 8 days left in our stay, we went to the pool area to find it closed and maintenance pumping out the water. They also had piled up the deck chairs and taken away the chairs, tables and umbrellas from the deck. All this with no warning, nothing on the web or at the front desk. Workers then proceeded to chip old tiles and sand the walls making it difficult to breath around the pool. Completely unacceptable.

Checking was slow. I was the only person waiting, but the only person at the front desk was on the phone and we had to wait 20 mins to get checked in. The rooms are good size and clean the breakfast buffet is not very good. Was cold and there was no OJ. Their version of OJ was water down orange juice.

Staff was great and room was quite nice with comfortable bed and washroom, along with provided water bottles. The walls were extremely thin and the people next to me were quite noisy. I was away from the street however so it wasn't that bad. The are around the hotel is not very walkable, although getting to the airport isn't too bad. Overall, if I was to come back Puerto Vallarta I would stay here again!

Upon arrival the front desk was not friendly. And made us feel like we were not welcome. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and have always been treated great. One of the reasons we stay here is because they have a pool. After check-in we read a sign that said Pool has been closed since March 8 and to continue be closed for at least another month.

I stay here often because of it’s convenience to the airport and walkability to the marina. This time I had to ask to change rooms because I was put in one right next to the highway and very noisy. The staff was very accommodating. However - there was a large machine on the terrace on the first floor that would start about every 20 minutes and run very loudly for about 5 minutes and then turn off. This happened all night as well, so it was not a good sleep. Not sure if it is something to do with pool repairs but it was very annoying.

Lovely location beside a golf course and the marina which has so many lovely restaurants and shops. Also very close to the airport. A short cab ride away. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food and was always fully stocked. The front desk staff were VERY friendly, professional, and welcoming.

We have stayed here in the past about 5yrs ago and the hotel was great. It seems run down now and in need up a facelift. The pool was very sad with tiles looking like they were falling off and very old looking. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and fix the shower door rust at the bottom from the water collecting.

Simple but clean. Biggest complaint was breakfast buffet was not replenished in a timely manner so we gave up. Good coffee though😃 All the staff we encountered in our two days were wonderful including Lili (our room attendant) and the day staff at the front desk. Excellent!

Close to airport & bus station so easy access to both. Rooms are big with a safe in the room. Lovely pool with loungers & table & chairs. Drinks available.for purchase. Restaurant on site or walk to marina for many choices. Good breakfast included.
