"My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer. "

"All very good. Room, food, bars staff. Entertainment a bit tired and needs a bit of a jolt, some Latin music instead of 1960s pop would be an improvement."

"A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast. "

"Really enjoyed our 10 day stay at this bungalow. Great facilities and location, Bar b q really good...lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Very clean, quiet and 5 mins walk from Super dino supermarket. Pool was lovely and clean, again very quiet...there are no sunbed towels provided....remember to take your own. Private terrace at the top of the bungalow which was a bonus. Would recommend and hopefully return next year "

"A fabulous villa with all the require amenities and kept very clean and tidy with regular sheet/towel changes. The pool was superb and very private, clean and well filtered. The new supermarket is almost next door, well stocked and competitively priced. I cannot praise this villa and location well enough."
