Community boat launch, Gorge Amphitheater shuttle service, Cave B, community convenient store, bar/restaurant & large community park with playground, volleyball, horseshoes and more! Corner lot home with ample parking, 50amp RV/electric car hook-up on side of home, fully fenced and river access just across the street.

Our home offers all the amenities and comforts perfect for your next gathering! 3 bedroom, 3 bath, fully equipped kitchen, interior/exterior bluetooth stereo system, 4 TV's and large window views of the stunning Columbia River Bluffs.

Exterior offers a fully fenced yard with a large patio, bbq and fire pit. Garage access available for additional $150.00, which included washer/dryer, additional fridge/freezer and 2 additional cot sleeping setups (hooked up to AC). Heavy-duty, 6ft pool table accessible upon request.
