“OK , not WOW this time...”
This was my second stay here. I booked a double bed room and expected to get the same looking room I did the first stay. Unfortunatley the room was half the size. I was not told there would be any difference and was not offered any type of upgrade. Will probably not stay here again. Room keys also kept deactivating and had to have them re-issued 3 times.
“Third time is still great!”
This was our third time staying at this property. Still just as pleased with it as we were the first and second time. Location is great. The only complaint I had was that the bed seemed a bit more crater-like than usual...may be time to replace those mattresses.
“Thanksgiving in Seatte!”
Confirmed a 1-bedroom Suite with hotel credit, well worth it and the spacious suite with living area felt very comfortable. Bathrooms are gorgeous and well-appointed!
“Had a great time and already planning to return next year....”
Had a great time! Didn't know what to expect but that was the best part. So many things to see and eat don't know where to begin. Planning another trip to visit next year so much more to see and do....
“If you like watching movie, I recommend this hotel!”
I had stayed Grand Hyatt Seattle for 3 nights and the stay was very good. The location is just 2 blocks from the Westlake station, which is 45 mins. from SEA TAC airport by train. Just 15 mins. on foot to the pike place market, and just 25 mins. to the space needle. Above all, I highly recommend this hotel who like movie because there is a theatre in the pacific place, which is a shopping building in front of the hotel. We are 2 girls and watched movie until 10:00PM, but we didn't feel any dangerous to get back to the hotel thanks to the great location. If you like watching movie, I highly recommend this hotel!
“good confortable hotel”
Silent Hotel, great the Ruth Cris in the lobby for breakfast, lunch and good dining. Walking distance from the crowdest downtown area.
“Free WIFI and the refrigerator is missing in Hyatt”
Free WIFI would be a must for a Hyatt quality hotel. There is no elegancy if your should ask for a refrigarator for your personal things because the the refrigerator is full with drinks which makes no room for this. You even should pay a fee (called cleaning and restocking fee) if you you this refrigator for your personals.
“Wonderful getaway.”
Very convenient location. Service was superb. Room comfortable. Linens did not smell very fresh. Asked for linen change twice. Meeting rooms comfortable.
“Cheapskates”
Overall the hotel is what you would expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. For the price they charge for rooms you would think they could provide free Wifi, at least for a short time each day. If Hotel "put in your favorite number" can do it why can't a high price hotel like this one do it. The only salvation was there was a S*B in the building that had free Wifi. Also irritating, I was attending a professional meeting and had a booked the room thru the meeting site I would of had free Wifi but this was a last minute thing and booked via online travel site. I probably paid more for the room but was an official attendee at the meeting but they still wouldn't give me an access code for the Wifi, like what would it cost them "0". Another interesting thing is there must of be some type of electronic sensor on the minibar refrigerator. If you opened the door and even if you didnt take anything I think they would charge you a $10 restocking fee just to have someone check out you didn't take anything. Makes you wonder what kind of criminal guests they have that they have to have that type of security. Will not stay at this brand of hotel again.
“Great Stay”
I had a great time at the hotel, and it was walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
