Thanks for your comments, I personally showed you the unit when you checked in, as you stepped inside the kitchen area, you indicated to me that all was satisfactory & you even sent the following message to Expedia In-house feedback:" NICE BED, CLEAN, NEWLY RENOVATED, QUIET, CLEAN BATHROOM". Then the very next day, you even decided to extend your stay; We are most perplexed by your strong charges in this feedback. When you checked out you indicated that you will be back with your friends. For obvious health, sanitary & safety reasons, we cannot stock multi-use food products in room..TBH, with gusty winds these days, some ashes from the current wildfires will get blown in as soon as doors & windows are left opened or tracked in by outdoor shoes. Its apparent even from our vehicles. To be fair, our hardworking staff take on their work seriously, they do not neglect cleaning and sanitizing our floors between stays. They would been more than happy to come in to freshen/clean your room during business hours, as well as restock supplies as needed at no charge. Thank you for extending your stay.

Wished we had the opportunity to address this concern during your stay. We reject the malicious notion that our bedsheets are not laundered. We have used this same detergent from the same hotel supplier for over 10 years, and had no issues. Our well trained and experienced head of housekeeping staff has been with us for over 20 years. We stand by her high standards towards cleanliness.
