"My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. "We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. "This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It seemed the rooftop level had not been looked at or cleaned at all. Check in instructions were not given and I had to wait a couple hours before the property owner was able to respond so that I could enter the property."

Host did not send a cleaner and only wanted to refund the cleaning fee. Host was rude and unwilling to work with us when all we wanted was for her to send a cleaner to make it right. Don’t rent here and don’t rent from this host."

"Hotel Zaza is the perfect location for visiting the marvelous museums nearby. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, great restaurant and bar with nightly promotions, beautiful spacious rooms, morning coffee/tea service on every floor. And a free car service within a 3-mile radius, so easy to access other great museums, restaurants and attractions in the near vicinity. Highly recommend!"
