The room was nice and very clean. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. Needs more variety in the main buffet eating area. I felt some food had been left out too long. Didn’t like the French restaurant. But the Japanese and Italian and Mexican night was delicious

Everything was close by to each other didn’t have to walk to far to get to anything. I think there should have been more pool area music and more activities for adult. We were provided with VIP access which was nice but a little confusing and misleading. I had $200 worth of coupon that honestly I didn’t even use cause they weren’t taking it any where because we already had a discount. Not sure what’s the point of the coupon if you can’t use it. Our package came with a free bottle of champagne every night, we only received it the first night and second night. The preferred access is nice but very excluded from everything not very open floor plan to enjoy with the view outside.

The one thing I did not like was there were not a lot of activities during the day and there was not a lot of music around the pool area. It was kind of boring around the pool area throughout the day.

We really enjoyed the hospitality of all the staff while staying there. The app is very useful for getting everything you need. They were pretty responsive when we needed room service. We tried most.od the restaurants there and really enjoyed the food. We didn't like some of the mixed drinks at the bars there. They were too watered down. That did not detract from the wonderful experience we had though. We will definitely visit again.

It is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the pressure to buy into the Hyatt properties vacations. We went to visit the resort natural. It was dirty, over populated, restrooms were dirty and only one elevator was working to view a room on the 8th floor. The people giving the information became very rude when we decided to decline the offer. We were asked 4 more times by different managers, bosses, people with different titles. I will never do that again. It was a waste of three hours as we were told it was only one hour and a half.

Premium restaurants have great selection and stuff is amazing Beach side restaurants are amazing,no need going to the buffet for dinner Unlimited beach towels,beach bars and waitress on the beach are amazing,rooms and generally pretty much everything else is great….too many weddings though.Highly recommend for the price.

All I and all It’s nothing super fancy, but we had a a great time. Staff were really kind, helpful, beach was super nice (seaweed is a problem all over the Atlantic coast not their fault and they tend to it best they can). Pools and property are clean and well taken care of. They have fun entertaining shows every night. It’s a wedding factory, there at least two a day, but it never negatively affected our stay. Kids club is a savior for ages 2-8. I didn’t see many kids younger than that though they definitely accept them, my 6y.o LOVED it. Only subpar thing is the food and the beds. Food is edible, but not special in any way. Total basic hotel/banquet type food. I’d say the best meal I had was the Mexican restaurant and the international dinner they do one night by the pool and that was mainly because it was fun. The mattresses were super uncomfortable. Mine had a big crevasse from overuse, my back and neck were killing me. We also had an issue one night because the doors between the rooms are so flimsy that we could hear everything in next room as if there were no door at all. That was also because the people staying there for the one night let their toddler play a wooden flute and scream until 1am… Who does that?!? All said we really had a great vacation. I wouldn’t go out of of my way to go back but I wouldn’t be opposed to going either. But of course there are literally 1000’s of options down there.

Pictures don’t do this resort justice, we stayed with our two children and my mother in law for a week and I wish we had another week as you genuinely feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly, they will even remember you by name, the food was great, the resort itself was not too busy or crowded (even with weddings happening during our stay), and it was a perfect balance for family, or great for just adults as well. I will absolutely be going back.

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Service at peak times at the restaurants was slow and wait times to be seated at the restaurants for dinner were often very long. Quality and tastiness of the food was good though. Hibachi dinner was fun and delicious. Wish they had more covered chairs at the beach. Beach was well maintained and beautiful.

After trying multiple times to get a restaurant wait time under two hours, we had the lineup 30 minutes before they opened to get our wait time to an hour. No reservations were accepted for dining on property. Room service waits were an hour and a half. The facilities are nice, but the staff was unmotivated and complaining about the other departments to us.

The food was horrible I had paper melted in with my cheese that you could see the words in it . When I checked in the preferred lounge it was a horrible experience. When I got my room they had me all the way in the back of the hotel that all I saw was the building and palm trees with I sliver of the water I n the corner since the palm trees and building blocked everything else which was a so called oven view . The gentleman with my luggage was the most helpful he also agreed with me when we got to the room that it was no view and made a call and got my room changed for me . So It took about an hour to get any meal except the buffet restaurant. Besides that the pools were beautiful the kids had a blast in the kids slides and pools.

Bring bug spray - lots of it - the hotel provides a small bottle in the room, but we woke up one morning with a bunch of bites. Room: clean, nice and spacious, showing some wear and tear. Water is not hot, more like tepid. If you're going to share a room with someone make sure it's some you're comfortable seeing you in the buff. Bathrooms have little privacy Room had bathrobe and slippers. One day we had no maid service. Common area bathrooms are spotless. They have a kids movie playing outside most nights, walk by and snag a bag of popcorn. Food: it's ok, standard buffet food - there's a sushi station - the Asian and Mexican restaurants were good. Coco Cafe is nice for a quick bite, ( try the turkey sandwich ) coffee. Food at the beach is hot dogs, burgers etc. On Thursday night had dinner at the buffet around 8:15 pm place was half empty and yet no one asked us if we wanted anything to drink, had to flag down a waiter Tons of activities all day long. The site is beautiful and the staff are nice. nicer if you tip continually, especially at the beach. Hot tub full of kids The beach is beautiful, seaweed cleaned up continually. The preferred club is not worth the extra price. The plunge pools are freezing, never once had turn down service, nor did we see the snack cart. You don't get any priority seating at the restaurants, line up like everyone else. They give you a buzzer. There is no bracelet system Alcohol is weak. Go to PuerMorelos call an Uber, pay in pesos.

14 restaurants on premises but They are not open everyday, waits are hours long, they run out of buzzers so they make you sit there and wait. Portions are for infants at a la carte restaurants (on average people were ordering two-three entrees plus appetizers and still didn’t feel satisfied or full), Buffet food is flavorless, food has clearly been sitting out. Preferred beach- Wasn’t informed. I’m so angry about this premium alcohol- All the alcohol was available at every bar went to. There was nothing special about “premium alcohol.” This is a lie. Preferred lounge- Same availability at every other bar. No benefit. preferred breakfast- Only available from 8:30-9:30. We’re on vacation. We aren’t setting alarms to wake up to be served the same soggy options from the buffet. Secondary issues: - [ ] Loud drunk guests in room hallways screaming after midnight - [ ] Limited and “saved” seating is allowed for full days we didn’t have seats by the pool or on the beach - [ ] Priority upon check in was not that we understood what we already paid for but trying to sell us a massage to trick us into a timeshare presentation. Sneaky and disgusting. - [ ] Room service had hair in it and food was inedible

Great property, VIP Services exceeded expectations. Heard some guests complaining about long wait times…solution, go to the dining facility about an hour before you plan to eat and they will give you a buzzer. Enjoy other bars until your table is ready & chill out. Clean rooms and resort. Impressed and will be back. Oh, also heard a complaint that it was too windy. Ah, well I’m not sure the resort can fix this. Took the $120 USD round trip to Playa Del Carmen, 5th Ave. Was fun. Spa and Hydro treatment was amazing. Great for families, we did not bring ours but it looked like kids had a blast. Map out the resort and make reservations early for Asian restaurant. All others are first come first served (solution above). Enjoy!

We had a short stay of 4 days. Overall we are pleased with our stay here. Housekeeping came late in the afternoon which was okay for us. You need reservations for hibachi. Italian restaurant was thee best food option- opens at 6pm and people start lining up by 5:15pm. Sea side grill was okay but waited 2 hours to be seated. Entertainment was great. We did not experience anyone too loud, or anyone way too intoxicated. We toured another resort, listened to the presentation, left with $250 leisure money and another vacation! We will be back

Staff and Service were excellent, however, the main issue I had was restaurants. Since no reservations are possible you need to be very early, like 20 mins before opening, to be able to grab a table. I also had to change rooms twice for ac issues.
