"This was our 4th stay in this fantastic unit. Thanks to Guy, Juan Carlos, Brenda (in for Claudia - Congratulations Claudia) and the staff at Signature too. The unit has everything you could want and the recent decorative and functional updates were great. Just part of how well the unit is so well maintained. I keep going back because in all my trips to Puerto Vallarta I haven't found a better unit, with a better view, or a better location... this place has it all! Thanks for another wonderful...

"This is a great location and a great property. Great balcony views and extremely comfortable. Less than 5 minutes to the La Palapa Beach Club and a small grocery/liquor store. Rob (the host) was always available and very helpful. Alfredo, our on site person was very helpful too. All in all, a great vacation in a wonderful building."

"I have stayed at the Avalon once before and decided to book my trip here again this year. The views are heavenly, it's a $5 cab ride to all of the action. The property is quiet, clean and feels safe. My only complaint was that the bed sheets weren't changed once in an entire week. Aside from that, the cleaners were great, the communication from management was excellent and overall it was a perfect stay, again. I will be back!"
