StädtreisePosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Guter Service, gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer
Cons: Ein Pool wäre noch wünschenswert.
Location: Ein Supermarkt liegt gegenüber. Weitere gute Restaurantes in näherer Umgebung.

Very nice!Posted Oct 9, 2014
Within ten minute walk of Train/Metro station with bus stop outside, very nice bilingual staff, good continental breakfast and facilities. The hotel restaurant is very nice too and definitely worth a visit (my parents thought that the Seabass was the best meal that they'd had throughout the entire trip). Only negative I have is that the water in the room wasn't clearly marked to have an additional 2.50 euro charge per bottle. Recommended!

10-day stay at Blu Hotel Roma, September 2014Posted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: Ease of getting to Rome sights, cleanliness, overall look, affordable eating establishments in area.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Have to admit not much in area to see, but easy to get to them. Many affordable places to eat in area and handy to have supermarket nearby.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel; our experience was fantastic. The staff were competent, helpful, responsive and friendly, and spoke English fairly well. It was an easy walk to a main public transportation terminal (Tiburtina Fs--about 1/2-2/3 mile) with a bus stop to terminal 1/2 block away, supermarket across the street, and eating places in nearby neighborhood and on main street through Tiburtina area (Via Tiburtina, between terminal and hotel). It is a short ride to sights in Rome. The area along route from terminal is ugly but felt safe, and is better on the other side of hotel. Breakfast provided was good, restaurant on site also good. It is a modern facility, and our room was large. Rental car agency nearby (on route to terminal) would be handy for those wanting to rent a car for part of stay.

Excellent hotelPosted Sep 27, 2014
Excellent hotel... It's not walking distance from anything from the bus stop though... But from there your 2 stops away from the metro and will get anywhere in minutes... Great hotel, nice staff, good breakfast and squeaky clean!

Cons: move it closer to the centre!
Location: hotel restaurant V.Good, same quality restaurant can be found 5 min walk in direction of train station less expensive and good atmosphere.

Good service from helpful staffPosted Sep 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is close to bus and train connections. Service provided by friendly staff was very good. Be aware that room tax of €12 per couple per night is an expensive addition for your stay.i

OK HotelPosted Sep 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location was a pretty decent way away from the part of Rome you go to site-see. We took buses into the city and in total it took about 45 minutes to get there on the buses. The actual hotel was nice, breakfast was good. Also, we booked a shuttle to the airport through the hotel and asked if we could use cash. We were told yes after asking multiple times. At the airport is when we found out we could not use cash and had to run around to find an ATM at the airport, pay another withdraw fee, and pay the shuttle guy. The hotel wouldn't assist at all and dismissed anyone having told us we could use cash, even though we checked multiple times as we had none left.

Clean hotel, comfortable stay !Posted Aug 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel stay was very comfortable with very clean room and bathroom. The staff was hospitable, specially Mr Jean Luca who is definitely an asset to the hotel. Extremely helpful and courteous, Mr Luca went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. Though not centrally located, a bus stop is right across the street that takes you straight to the Tiburtina station in 5 minutes, from where you can get to almost anyplace in Rome.
