Great visit!
We loved staying in this quiet location. It was like being in a private house, but with total privacy. The balcony was an added bonus. Lorenzo was helpful before and during our stay. He made taxi reservations for us to come from the airport and showed us the amazing view of Rome from the rooftop of the building when we checked in. It is on the Vatican side of the Tiber, so it was nice to come back to a quieter area after going across the river to see the historic areas there. We will definitely stay here again!

Service was non existent. No front desk. Rude owner told us we couldn’t use more than (3) towels daily and asked “where do you people come from” when my wife complained the bed was dirt with crumbs and hair and the shower was dirty with mold.

A great hotel and great location
The staff at Domus contacted me before my arrival to ensure that I got my room key. We wtw due to arrive after the reception had closed so they sent me a simple video explaining how to get into the building and access the key box. The next day we were greeted and did the formal check in. The hotel is a very short walk from the metro and about 15 minutes from the Vatican.

Great price and location
Really great location for Metro , good shops a 5 min walk away. the Hotel was easy to access even late at night with video showing how to enter , its small and only manned at some hours which was perfect for me as I just needed the room . I met the receptionist both days who was very friendly and the room itself ( number2 ) had a great balcony, it was big and spacious ..definitely a thumbs up..

Great room, 2 minute walk to the metro which will get you anywhere in 15 minutes. Room was clean, had what you needed, staff were great, extremely helpful.

Super Pleasant Stay at Domus Giulio Cesare
Our experience staying at Domus Giulio Cesare was amazing. Enrico is such a great host and extremely helpful. The room was so cozy and comfortable that we felt at home. It had a balcony where we could sit and watch people outside. The waterfall shower was great! The neighborhood is non touristy which is what we wanted. We go to experience life as a local Roman. Neighborhood is full of great bars, restaurants, and super markets with fresh produce. The restaurants that Enrico recommended were all top of the line, super tasty, and amazing. We so much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome :)

Very nice hotel with a beatific balcony
It was a pleasant experience. Enrico was great. Very accommodating. Super covienent to the Lepanto metro station. Upon arrival we were given 6 cards (one for both of us for the 3 days we were there) to go get breakfast at a restaurant (about a 10 min walk). It was different because it’s advertised as a bed and breakfast but yet we had to walk to a restaurant to get it. It included a croissant, latte or cappuccino, and juice. Overall the place was very clean and it’s away from all the crazy tourist attractions but very close to the metro Lepanto station! We would stay here again

Great Stay!
This spot is a great value! Luckily it is in a pretty nice area of Rome just east of Vatican City and North of the Pantheon (just about everything was walking distance!) The host was a huge help in how to get around the city and what to do. One of the cleaner places we stayed at in Italy, also with good A/C. Free breakfast coupons were provided daily for a nice little cafe a couple of blocks away from the property. Rome is an amazing city and we will definitely stay here when we come back!

Amazing stay in Rome.
This hotel stay was amazing. We were on our 20th anniversary & this place had it all. A/C is a luxury in Rome & it helped us sleep. The patio was wonderful in the morning or evening for a drink and conversation. The shower was incredible. The manager, Lorenzo, was very nice & helpful. The best part was location. In between two metro stops and a little over half a mile walk to the Vatican.

Nice accomodation
We are very satisfied with our stay. B&b conveniently located near Lapento train station close to Vatican and easy ride to the city center. The rooms and facility are brand new and very clean. Host Lorenzo is very friendly. He contacted us in New York and asked if he could be at any help. We asked him to make a reservation. To Borghese gallery, and he did! We will definitely recommend DOMUS Giulio CESARE to all our friends!
