"It is nice Location in the Red Sea, the service was nice the staff of the hotel was very nice and very friendly but the Air Condition not working . First night they gave very small room ( not 516 S. Foot ) no room phone working . No in room safe . food was very Poor no breakfast buffet . "

"Very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The drinks are unlimited but they're not really good. The food is very good in general, the rooms are wide and comfy. The bed is a little too soft, feels like a water bed. The spa inside the hotel has very good prices and is honestly excellent. The facilities by the beach are worn out and makes it a little uncomfortable, but it's still a very good hotel to spend a couple days. "

Weak room doors with large gaps allowing wind and dust. Insects falling from the roof to the balcony. Noisy weak refrigerator."
