"This is a nice apartment just across the street from the beach. Super location, everything within easy walking distance. Internet was the only thing really lacking. The apartmentnt sadly had none and the village’s was not useable even after two visits to the Office of Tourism. You need to be able to climb stairs to the apt and an almost ladder to the bedroom. Nice balcony looking out at the sea. I recommend it!"

"It's not in Sainted Marie la mer which is not clear when booking it's 8km outside. It's in Pioch Badet. There is a window box full of bird crap and the whole place smelt musty, the bathroom needed cleaned thoroughly and there wasn't loo roll or proper bedding only paper sheets. There are no towels which wasn't mentioned either so visitors from UK probably should be made aware. The house is nice enough just a bit tired - maybe it hadn't been rented in a whike. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. "Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezäunt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder."

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal."

"Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires dans ce petit appartement superbement décoré et confortable ou il ne manque rien. On se sent comme chez soi. Une vue à couper le souffle et quel bonheur de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse en compagnie des goélands un mois de Février!!!! Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers.
