Beautiful lobby, spacious updated room, friendly staff, central location.

The shower/tub did not drain well so it was slippery and dangerous to take a shower. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and the rugs should be replaced. The location was convenient and the outdoor property was well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We had a good one night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. There are a number of good restaurants on the property with good food and service. The parking is very difficult and you'll have to park far away from the hotel entrance. The parking garage is very misleading, as it does not connect to the hotel and it is very far away from the hotel. Also, there are no signs for the entrance of the hotel and made it very hard to find the entrance.

This hotel was perfect for us while visiting family in the Rio Rancho area. Very nice, clean, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel without knowing much and it was a great pick. After we were out here and saw many of the other properties in the area that we had seen in Expedia we were so happy with selecting the Hilton. It is by far the best hotel of its class in the area.

We absolutely loved this small 16 room boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful! Room 16 was modern, had nice amenities and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom fan was crazy loud, however! If they don’t repair it and you stay in this room, apparently one just has to tap on it to quiet it down. Other than the fan, everything else was perfect!
