Mount Taylor Tours

Couldn't have been any better. Well appointed room and amenities. The room itself faced the most beautiful mountain range and landscape. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was in line for a similar rooms of its size. The casino was amazing and on site restaurants were great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good.

Great location - walkable to all best restaurants and downtown. Had some issues with housekeeping (had to ask for some items) but overall no issues. Great breakfast daily! The “snacks” advertised as “available all day” consisted of granola bars available only 2 of the 5 days we stayed. The bar was closed - apparently due to a recent break-in.
