Pros: Very good location. Very helpful concierge.
Location: Few blocks to Chinatown & Union Square.
Very nice - as you would expect a Ritz Carlton to be. Dining is limited and too costly.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Elevator is too old
like it very much, but the food there is just soso, very limited choice and the restaurant will not always be open, only for Tuesday and Saturday.

When we first arrived we had difficulty finding our room and kept getting sent in the wrong direction. After seeing our frustration in trying to find our room the hostess from the Parallel 37 Restaurant came out and assisted us. She then sent us a very nice bottle of wine as an apology for the incident. This lady single handedly turned our negative mood around into a great one. Things will always go wrong, what makes for good service is how the company makes up for it. Thank you!
