"Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious."

"Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!"

The location of the golf simulator off the main living area was ideal for socializing and getting a few swings in post round. "This home is beautiful. It is one of the most well-equipped and definitively one of the cleanest rentals we have ever enjoyed. The property is extraordinary. There are short hikes to be had in almost every direction. The location is perfect. It is a short drive into Sanford and is easily accessible to Raleigh and the surrounding cities. We had perfect weather during our stay including one day of heavy rains, which kept us inside to enjoy our time together and the serene views in all directions....
