Reception lady (Patricia) was particularly helpful and pleasant, ensuring you knew where to go, what to see and how to get there, offering to book restaurants for us and recommending places. "Staff was excellent, everyone was very nice. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition, but pretty straightforward without a lot of embellishments. No pictures on walls, no color in the rooms. Rather bland for a four star hotel. Breakfast was OK, but a little underwhelming, also. But, we certainly had enough to get the day started. Location of hotel was very good. "
