A Great Place to Stay, in a Great Location!
I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.

Great Stay in Santiago
We stayed at De Blasis three days before and two days after a trip to Patagonia. When we returned, it was like coming home. We loved the fact that it was small and in a very safe neighborhood. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly! We took advantage of their offer for airport transportation and it worked out extremely well. Our room was both clean and comfortable. (We had a room with a private bath.) We enjoyed the local restaurants and cafe. If you like a smaller place with local flavor, then this is for you. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip to Santiago an enjoyable one!

The place appears to be old house and same characters as the neighborhood houses. It nearby metro, restaurants and small grocery. The property is bed and breakfast . Front desk and kitchen( breakfast staff) attentive to your needs. The place is walking distance to the park. We also took the train and bus going to Valparaíso for a day trip. This was my 2nd stay in this property while on Santiago.

Beautiful old bld off a main street in Providencia neighborhood. Wonderful personnel at the front desk. Room n bathroom are small however quiet in the evening. Some maintenance issues should be addressed. Breakfast is average and the same everyday.

Nice Tiny hotel in very good location

De Blasis was one of the best parts of our trip to Santiago. Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly. They shared so much information about places to go and restaurants to visit. The B&B gave an extra cultural experience that cannot be gained from a commercial hotel. 10/10 would recommend!

wonderful staff! alejandro and andry were GREAT, super friendly and helpful. comfortable bed, cute + functional accommodations//space. safe and accessible location (barrio providencia; metro is just a few short blocks away. lots of food and amenities in the area (we recommend the caldillo del congrio [fish stew] at bar liguria!). the only downside of the room is the shower stall- it could use an update. other than that- we highly, highly recommend de blasis bnb— great value for money!

I am please with my experience and highly recommend staying at De Blasis B&B. I arrived early and was offer coffee/tea and breakfast. Check in was mid afternoon but the staff was able to get me into the room as soon as it was available. While I waited, I was given information about tours and help with booking. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was good and had hot water. I also got assistance booking a taxi for 3:30 because I had a 6am flight. I felt very safe and welcome here. The staff went above and beyond in every way. My Spanish needs work. I understand a lot spoken slowly, but my speaking skills are weak. The staff is bilingual and was able to help.

Delightful Stay
What a wonderful place to stay while in Santiago. The folks here are amazing. It's a great location to get around the city. Plenty of eateries near by. The folks at the desk are so accommodating. They made all our transportation requests. To and from the airport, around town also to the port at San Antonio. They stored our luggage while we made a few day trip to Easter Island. The breakfast was very nice. The breakfast area was open all day for tea and coffee. Very safe nice neighborhood. Will absolutely stay there again when visiting santiago

We had an excellent stay! Everyone at De Blasis were extremely pleasant and helpful. They arranged for a taxi pickup from the airport and on our last day, a taxi to the bus station heading for San Antonio. We recommend De Blasis highly.

The hotel was nice and quaint and relaxing. It is nothing fancy but for the price it gives you everything you need and more. The best part, however, was that the owner, Alejandro, was there every morning to answer questions, provide recommendations, or simply chat about life in Chile. He really made the place feel like a home away from home!

My husband and I stayed her on our recent trip to Santiago in December and really enjoyed the quaint B&B! Our room was spacious and stayed cool all evening despite it being hot out and having no air conditioning in the room. Our en suite bathroom was small but it was all we needed for our 3 night stay - it had hot water, hair dryer, soaps. The location of the property is right in Providencia near a subway line, so you could walk ~25 minutes to other nice neighborhoods like the Costanera Center, Bellavista neighborhood, Lastarria neighborhood or you can take a quick subway ride. The B&B is in a residential neighborhood but there are many little restaurants and shops nearby. The property and surrounding area are quiet and felt very safe and secure. Checking in was very easy, the front desk staff were kind and willing to help us make phone calls, book tours, etc... around town. We spoke to the staff in Spanish but I did hear them speaking English to other guests. The breakfast is minimal (breads, salami, cheese, yogurt, cereal) but it's adequate to start your day. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Santiago!

Location, staff, and general ambient were great. O felt like being at home. The bed and pillows were awesome! Not something usual for me. The room was in front of property so street, and in general outside noise were a uncomfortable. Guests smoking at the patio were also a pain. But it was a great experience overalland next time i would request a room with inside patio view instead.

good location for someone traveling on budget. Breakfast service starts a bit late (7:45a, 8am) and missed out on 2-3 days because activity pick-up are all set for 8am pick-up from hotel. Staff was very nice and service oriented.

De blasis Is a lovely building in a great part of the city for a bit of peace and quiet. The building is an older style so if you're upstairs you have to carry your bag up a short suitcase We had a room with a shared bathroom which isn't an ideal choice. Breakfast is basic. Overall, nice place to have a night but don't expect any luxury. The staff are very helpful.
