I never stayed. I tried to cancel my boking several times but never got a confirmation from the property. Every time i tried to contact them prior to my booking it took several days to hear back. Bad communication!

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. They answered our questions, even walked us part of the way when we went out for lunch. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable & everything was clean. The AC started to drip during the night which made a puddle on the floor. They offered to move us, but we didn't want the bother. The neighborhood was not the best, but during the day we felt safe & made sure to be in before dark. There are lots of shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Never got a chance to enjoy breakfast, but they gave us a bag to pack for ourselves one of days. This isn't a fancy establishment, but it fulfilled our basic needs.

The hotel is not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were super polite and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety overall. Only scrambled eggs and sausage were hot. Fresh fruit, juice pastry and cereal

Good value and friendly staff
The front desk and security employees were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the lobby to relax in. The room was clean and had everything I needed except a chair for the desk! And no glassware. Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. The location worked well for me.

Nice hotel
It’s a nice hotel. Only negative, I requested a chair for the desk the second day I was there. Had two more days which required the use of the desk, and nothing was ever delivered. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Room was cleaned and “made up” everyday, including fresh towels.

This was a conference recommendation. It is a typical 3-Star hotel (bed and breakfast) and comfortable for short stays. The internet is not reliable, and very slow. It is however convenient and in a safe location.

Convenient to the noisy hubub of the center city. Not many good restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Area didn't feel particularly safe to walk at night. I would stay elsewhere next time. Hotel was nice and clean. Seems to draw noisy kids/sports groups. Breakfast was a mess with the groups. No chair in my room.

The hotel staff was great. The neighborhood was a bit dicey, although Santiago and Chile's cities in general are going through a bad time just now due to demonstrations that have degenerated into vandalism and violence. Rampant graffiti. The next metro station over toward the center had been shut down. Hopefully this will blow over. The hotel restaurant is good for a light meal; the breakfast is very good, considering it is described as Continental. We stayed in a twin room, and that is literally what it is--two twin beds, nothing more, at a very good price. Probably OK if you are going to be out of the room most all the time.

Perfect stay to discover Santiago. Only Thing I was missing is a refrigurator in the room.

A very pleasant stay in a quiet clean unit. Hotel is safe and close to a number of attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast. Only suggestion is a clear street map of immediate area for overseas visitors as the area around hotel is a bit confusing to get around. Also an English TV channel for news would be helpful.

They never had a good disposition. Of the three reservations, a passenger could not travel or stay. The hotel was kindly asked not to charge that third room. We know it was out of time, but we kindly ask for compression. They told us that he was going to check it and they were going to get in touch. In the end they never responded and I charge the third room the same. The center of Santiago is a chaos in recent months, being very bad for hotels. I expected a little compression from Novapark and thus be able to establish a relationship with them, but I see that they preferred to charge the third room and not mind building a long-term relationship. A pity, nobody today wants to stay in the center of Santiago, so, it attracts attention as they with little demand give themselves the luxury of treating a customer this way badly.
