"This place gave us what we were expecting to have. To create memories and have our mom feel very loved and valued on her birthday trip. The house was so much better in person. Very clean. Anything we needed it was available. Very roomy. We have been to lake house’s before and spiders, insects are expected but the porch in the front and back were covered in webs. Wasps nest were everywhere in the back porch. The good thing we checked everything out to keep the kids away and avoid any ER visits....

"The lake house is one of a kind. With decks on each level, we enjoyed sitting outside visiting and enjoying the scenery. The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked to prepare meals if you choose. The host communicated well and was responsive to any questions we had before and during the visit. "The house was nice and spacious with all the amenities we could need. Our family of four with young children stayed here over Christmas and loved it. There was plenty of room! The provided roll away crib was so nice to have so we didn’t have to bring our pack and play on the trip from out of state. We had a question on the first night we were there and the host was very quick to respond. A great experience overall!"

"I love this little cabin on the lake. One thing I do have to comment on, is that the boat ramps for the lake do not work so well with the lake at 50% full, but PK is not a bad fall back lake and it is super close. This was my second stay at this cabin."

We needed a place to stay that was close to Tarleton State University so we could attended several music recitals/concerts my son was participating in. Pefect place to "kill" time between concerts. "We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! We were on a girls trip and we ended up spending a bunch of time here. The house was super clean and the view was awesome. There was plenty of space to hang out and enjoy some fellowship! The only thing that would be good to know is with steep stairs up to bedrooms, you need to be able to navigate stairs well. The rooms were all comfortable and I do hope to go back soon!"
