Eh, so, so
The inside was renovated, but no towel holders, no paper towel holders, air filters need replacing, the floors could be cleaner. The cooking pans were awful. We did not see pictures of the outside , so it needs much, much clean up. Disappointed overall.

Lacks integrity!
Canceled on me after arriving and entering the place by a key they sent. Owner lacks integrity and fails to comprehend what this did to a traveler. Found another place and they were very gracious for allowing us to stay at their place. I feel I should not only get the refund that you had for two months but interest on my refund. Had to give one star so it would take my comments.

Convenient to downtown Savannah. Nicely remodeled, nice to have access to washer and dryer. 4 bedrooms perfect for our family.

Nice Stay!
We had a nice stay. The inside is nicely remodeled and the neighborhood is clearly transitioning. There were no issues with the neighbors though and it was quiet for the most part. There were a few minor issues, but the property manager was quick to respond to my email. Great appliances including the washer and dryer. The coffee maker was not working properly, but that was just a minor inconvenience and should be a quick fix. Overall, I was satisfied.

Friends Savannah get-away
Nice place, you can tell that they are still making improvements to the property. The shower/tubs need some type of handrail and slip resistant mat to help older people not fall.

Wonderful stay in Savannah
Thank you for sharing your property with us. We were very pleased with the house. It is laid out very well and clean. The dishwasher ( which wasn’t listed in your amenities) was a welcome surprise! We enjoyed your city and Tybee Island. We would definitely stay with you again. We left some suggestions on the table that might enhance future visitors stays.
