Quick walk to Clean, Quiet Beach
Loved how close this was to the quieter segment of Siesta Key Beach. The unit is huge, could definitely fit 8 people and the kitchen and living space/patio would be great for those staying for longer than we did. The bathrooms are renovated and there are 2 of them, though they are a little tight. We stayed in a second floor unit so stairs are required to climb to enter the unit. Beach equipment was there, the best of which were the heavy duty carts. Additionally, there were umbrellas and chairs, noting that the umbrellas were small. I would recommend but with the reservation that the price of this unit did not quite match the level of comfort/luxury in this high end price range compared to other units or local hotels in adjacent areas.

As advertised. Walked to village for easy access to restaurants about 15 min. Great location near the beach only about 5 min walk. The stuff provided for beach was great (chairs cart umbrellas etc). Large communal area. Overall excellent stay.

Wonderful condo
It was even bigger than we expected and was spotless. FYI: in unit c the toaster doesn’t work right- only one side pops up. It would have been nice to open the bedroom windows at night instead of using AC. The weather was perfect for sleeping.

Nice property poor customer care.
Nice location, clean and in good repair. Accommodations deserve four stars. However, I missed some important bit of information in one of the dozens of e-mails from the management company prior to my arrival. (They sent a lot of offers for golf cart rentals, charters, etc. etc etc.). Since I missed the essential info, I called the only number that I had on the day of my arrival. The individual I spoke with ridiculed me and hung up. When I wrote to the person I thought was in charge he said he was not responsible. One star for excessive promotional e-mails, rude customer service, and the excuses made by the management. Customer service matters— not the fourth time I call, but the first and every time. I would gladly provide documentation to support this review. I would not rent through this management company again.

We thank this guests for choosing this property and staying with us however as we explained when he did actually call the correct number and actually spoke to one of OUR guest services team members, This guest was not calling or contacting us initially, he was calling a random real estate agent who indeed had nothing to do with the property and the guest continued to contact this agent. Finally this guest decided to the call the number provided in our communications and posted on the digital guest portal in the unit and was able to talk to one of OUR guest services team members of which we have a recoded phone call of this guests berating our staff for something we have nothing to do with. Regarding the "excessive promotions" is 1 email with 5 to 6 personally curated activities for our guests to do while staying in the area. ONE EMAIL.

The stay was great! We loved the house and it’s location . What would have been nice is to have some basic household items provided .. garbage bags, zip locks , napkins , paper towels and TP, and salt & pepper and olive oil Thanks

Absolutely Fantastic!!
This rental is a 10 out of 10! Absolutely loved it!! So close to the beach with easy access in and out! Everything you need for the beach was provided (beach wagon, beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, even plenty of beach towels!!) and the rental is spacious and beautiful! Gas grill onsite for grilling, short walk to restaurants as well! We are already planning a return trip next year and plan to stay here again!!!

5 day Siesta!
The condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. It was a short block to the best spot on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the showers were always hot with great water pressure and we were a 10 minute walk to the little village.

Incredible Vacation
Fantastic condo for a family w/3 kids. We cooked breakfast, walked a couple mins to the beach via beach access 11. Spent 2-3 hrs swimming and getting sun at the most beautiful beach I've ever been to, then walked back and ate lunch. Central location between north and south bridges to the island for branching out to explore during the afternoon and then take advantage of the area's restaurants before coming back to our new home away from home. Beautiful.

Great Property!
We traveled for a three-person family vacation of only adults. The unit was clean with everything we needed provided. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and short drive to the village. Would definitely book this property again if we return to Siesta Key!

We enjoyed out stay
The place was very nice, clean, and welcoming. Perfect location just across from SK Beach. The management was quick to get back with and questions or concerns. The only "complaint" would be the transparent blinds in the master bedroom. Light comes roaring through as soon as the sun comes up. It might be fine for some, but not for us. And as per the contract, bring all cleaning supplies, soaps, and garbage bags as the minimum is what you get.

Thank you for staying and appreciate the feedback. There is indeed an ice maker in the freezer drawer. The patio furniture for this upstairs unit is on the back patio which is comprised of a 6 person patio dining set and two lounge chairs. For any issues our team is just a minute down the road and could have brought a new can opener within minutes.

Beautiful Property, Easily Beach Walkable
We LOVED this fully stocked, easy beach access property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. We only had one car but parking got tricky while cleaners were there for another property - we were able to park behind them until they were ready to leave (and while we were unloading) and we just switched spots. Beach access is a 4 minute walk (with gear and kids in tow), and Siesta Key main street is easily accessible via walking, bike, or vehicle. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect Getaway
This was a quick retirement getaway gift for a friend to relax for a few days. It was perfect. The unit was very clean and well maintained with plenty of room to relax. It was only a short walk to the beach in an area that had some life, but not too busy. We also took a few day trips to Sarasota and Venice Beach that weren't too far away, but was nice to come back to Siesta Key. It was a perfect trip! Love the place and Siesta Key. Thank you.

Clean and Beautiful!
This property was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, great location—one block from beach access 11, and less than a mile from Siesta Village. Storage closet filled with everything you need for the beach—umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Beds were super comfy and with two full bathrooms. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we return to Siesta Key.

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the street with all the restaurants and shops. If you drove it would be a 5 minute drive but we enjoyed the walk. It was very convenient. We enjoyed the closet in the back of property that had floats, chairs, umbrella’s and toys for the beach. Everything you would need. There was a barbecue as well that was in the backyard which was nice. All in all we had an amazing time in Siesta Key and would love to come back to stay in this property again. Thank you.

Nice property, location, and well remodeled. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Making beach gear and towels available was an unexpected plus. The casper mattresses were also nice. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and pillows.

Fabulous family vacation
My husband, myself and our 3 kids, ages 2-6 had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have all beach equipment and wagons available. Location was great! Beach was never too crowded in that area. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place!

We loved our stay at this beach house! Super cute and so convenient as it's only about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. It's also super close to Siesta Village, which has lots of shops and restaurants. Would def visit again.. 10/10 would recommend.

Siesta Key Vacation...What a trip!!!
My family was wanting to go to a nice beach and I think we made an excellent choice. The beach was beautiful as was our rental. The place was very clean and well maintained. Pictures on Vrbo were spot on and the descriptions given were very accurate. It's about a 5-10 min walk with kids to the beach so location was awesome. No reason to pay $1,000's more for beach front when this was just a quick walk across the street. The booking process was straightforward and communication was quick and informative. We had an amazing time in Siesta Key and this property was part of the experience. Thank you to Vrbo and the staff/owners for our time there.

I would 100% recommend this property! The condo was spacious, clean and the owners were extremely attentive to the only problem we had (a flat tire of the beach wagon). The wagon was replaced within an hour! The water pressure in the showers was amazing! I only wish there was a pool to dip into at night.

A Dream!
The property was a 2 minute walk to beach access 11 and had everything we could have needed: coolers, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, and wagons to bring everything to the beach. The property is immaculate, clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. All information we needed was emailed to us a few days before checkout. Communication with the property manager was timely and professional. The *only* cons (and they are VERY MINOR): walls a bit thin, our downstairs neighbors had quite a few arguments that we could hear clearly. Also there are two showers and no bathtubs in unit C, so if you have an infant, bring one of those inflatable tubs. Perfect vacation. Thanks again for letting us stay, it was a magical week!

This was our family vacation which included four generations, we had a Great time! The apartment was beautiful, it was spacious and homey. It was great to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The beach was a short walk and the ocean was clear, warm and so enjoyable
