Welcome to Sand Castle Suites, A three unit condominium building located just a few hundred feet from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Restaurants, shops, and nightlife is also just a short ride on the islands free trolly to Siesta Key Village. Sand Castle Suites offers each of the three units with private patios with seating, BBQ grills, and beach gear.

This spacious two bedroom condo boasts 1,400 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space on the second floor. Enter the unit through the front door and enter into the open concept living space. The living area is furnished with ample seating for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the flat screen HD TV with access to your preferred reaming services. Just of the living room you gain access to a private balcony and patio through large sliding glass doors and is furnished with an outdoor dining set, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. Back inside you have a well equipped eat-in style kitchen around the island and equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. Additional dining seating is available around a dining set expandable for 6 persons.

Heading towards the rear of the unit, you first come to the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed allowing sleeping accommodations for 4 persons. Just across from this guest bedroom is the guest bathroom offering a stall shower. Further down the hall you will pass the laundry closet equipped with full-size washer/dryer for your in-house laundering needs. Arriving at the end fo the hall you will find yourself in the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bath offers a stall shower.

All of the mattresses in the home feature Casper Original mattresses. They provide special 4D sleep technology with breathable foam that will truly give you the best sleep possible during your trip! Just another way we want you and your party to sleep comfortably to enjoy your vacation in every way possible!

Quick walk to Clean, Quiet Beach
Loved how close this was to the quieter segment of Siesta Key Beach. The unit is huge, could definitely fit 8 people and the kitchen and living space/patio would be great for those staying for longer than we did. The bathrooms are renovated and there are 2 of them, though they are a little tight. We stayed in a second floor unit so stairs are required to climb to enter the unit. Beach equipment was there, the best of which were the heavy duty carts. Additionally, there were umbrellas and chairs, noting that the umbrellas were small. I would recommend but with the reservation that the price of this unit did not quite match the level of comfort/luxury in this high end price range compared to other units or local hotels in adjacent areas.

As advertised. Walked to village for easy access to restaurants about 15 min. Great location near the beach only about 5 min walk. The stuff provided for beach was great (chairs cart umbrellas etc). Large communal area. Overall excellent stay.

It was even bigger than we expected and was spotless. FYI: in unit c the toaster doesn’t work right- only one side pops up. It would have been nice to open the bedroom windows at night instead of using AC. The weather was perfect for sleeping.

Nice property poor customer care.
Nice location, clean and in good repair. Accommodations deserve four stars. However, I missed some important bit of information in one of the dozens of e-mails from the management company prior to my arrival. (They sent a lot of offers for golf cart rentals, charters, etc. etc etc.). Since I missed the essential info, I called the only number that I had on the day of my arrival. The individual I spoke with ridiculed me and hung up. When I wrote to the person I thought was in charge he said he was not responsible. One star for excessive promotional e-mails, rude customer service, and the excuses made by the management. Customer service matters— not the fourth time I call, but the first and every time. I would gladly provide documentation to support this review. I would not rent through this management company again.
