My personal experience was great! This is a lovely resort and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I did not like that check in was not until 4:00 but since I read about this it was not a surprise just a little inconvenient. The bellboy will hold your luggage in a holding room while you wait for the room. So we took advantage of this, changed our clothes and headed to Toppers for lunch and to soak up the view! Once we were done with lunch we were able to get into our room.
We were located in Bldg 7, 3rd floor, room 7309 and were pleasantly surprised with an awesome view of the pool/ocean!! The room was huge with a full size kitchen, more than enough room for a couple.
My only complaints which I did NOT address with staff were the bathroom didn't look as clean as I'd like, toilet was very old looking, tiles in the shower needed super scrubbed, something was wrong with electricity and the clocks kept changing times which affected us one morning when we got up at 5 thinking it was 6 :( The door to open the balcony was extremely hard to open/shut, I had to have my husband do this. The tv reception wasn't the greatest but I'm not there to watch tv. Unfortunately I was never able to get the WIFI connection. It could have been something I was doing wrong but I decided I kind of enjoyed not having it so I didn't complain!
My favorite part of this room was being to watch the cruise ships come in the morning and leave in the evening.
