Cheers to this wonderful old Florida beach house in the popular Gulf Beaches neighborhood that features charming, updated décor, sleeping for 8, a spacious screen porch for taking in Island breezes, and convenient location just three blocks to the beach access point where our award-winning sugar sand shores await! September through May welcomes 4-night minimum reservations. Book now and enjoy beach gear credit that can be used for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, beach wagons, and more.

EXTERIOR AMENITIES
This beach vacation home is nestled amongst Island pines, and offers privacy, private parking, covered porches and open decks for relaxing with a refreshing beverage and a good book, an outdoor grill for cooking up that fresh from Florida catch of the day, and outdoor shower. Best of all, the multi-use path and beach access point is just a few blocks away, putting the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach.

INTERIOR TOUR
Exterior stairs from the private driveway lead up to the covered front porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fan, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and the soothing sounds of morning on the Island. Inside, the cozy living area features comfortable seating (sleeper sofa sleeps 2), flat screen TV, and a desk area for remote workers and students. The large farm table seats 6 and is sure to be a favorite gathering spot for meals, puzzles and games. There is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and warm wood flooring create a charming kitchen space, which features stainless appliances, ample counter space, farm sink, and stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts.

Sleeping accommodations at Rosé by the Bay boast the master king bedroom with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, flat screen TV, and spacious bathroom with luxurious soaking tub, shower and
double vanity sink. The queen guest bedroom with flat screen TV and the adorable bunk bedroom (twin bunks) with flat screen TV share a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

There is a full washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Charming and private
Nice privacy at this property and we loved the vintage feel. The lighting inside was a little harsh at night, needs more lamps in the main rooms but not much else to complain about for sure!

Beautiful but needs some TLC
The house was beautifully decorated and clean on the inside. But it did have an issue with ants and cockroaches. The outside needs some TLC, the walk ways are overgrown and out of wack, the garbage was over full and smelled BAD. and we never did figure out the lights in the basement. I called management about the bugs and the trash and only got a brief text back of "oh my" on the bugs and the day trash is picked up so we can take the other tenant's trash out. But the check in process was quick and easy (but the door code never worked, so it was good there was a key there). The house was clean, roomy and very cute. The amenities were very nice and provided all we needed.

Great well equipped house
Great location and the house was very well equipped. Paying the extra for the golf cart was totally worth it. That is a huge plus. We will stay here again soon.
