I was very disappointed that I cannot get my Hyatt rewards points because I booked through Expedia. I have booked with other hotel chains that have allowed me to get those points, but Hyatt refused. Very very disappointing. Also a friend of ours who stayed at the property Had significant bedbugs and the Hyatt was not able to place them in another room so they had to scramble and find another room and another hotel

I was disappointed with this hotel. We arrived late. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The toilet ran all night. I requested a view of the arch and was put in a room with the view of a roof.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay, there happened to be a baseball game at the nearby stadium. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. My opinion, hotel guess should not have to pay for parking at other locations. Our room was on the 15th floor and the sheets were like sleeping on a brown paper bag (very crunchy). First time experiencing these types of sheets at this hotel.

BED BUGS I found bedbugs in my bed I smooshed one that was full of blood found some other ones that were underneath the sheet took a picture of them have a picture of the bite marks we received from them getting us getting bitten in the middle of the night I had to call multiple times for them to get somebody to come in which they had finally had them come in on Wednesday when we checked out on Sunday and then they came back and said there was no trace of bedbugs. Please explain to me how I can have a picture of the bedbugs along with our bite marks on us and we’re told there was no bedbugs and we got zero compensation besides I can give you 8k points which doesn’t help the experience I had to wash everything when we got home left it outside so I wouldn’t bring any of it in the house, had to buy a steamer that I had to steam my luggage cause I can’t put that in 122° dryer not all I would ever ever ever stay here or anybody ever coming here. Do not go to the Hyatt Regency arc in St. Louis horrible experience.

Very nice facility (going thru some updates). Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available.

Staff was very nice. There is construction work going on but didn’t really hamper any of our plans. Room was nice, although small, and we had to walk through a maze of corridors to get to our room. Will go back to our usual hotel next trip.

Parking was full, had to park down the block. $25 overnight not protected. Door card doesnt work on the first go, had to wait in line all over again (20min line) No coffee pods, they make you get their Starbucks downstairs. Ice machine busted. Complimentary small bottled water small print is $3.50. Overall just sketchy.
