The Sand Dunes Townhome has many interior upgrades with every possible amenity you could desire and beautiful new flooring throughout. The open living area extends from the amazing kitchen and dining area through the large bi-fold door to a balcony overlooking the sugar sands of Treasure Island. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. Parking is available for 1 car underneath the building or in one of the guest parking spots on property, first come first serve. A sparkling shared pool is just a few steps away. Or, walk across the bridge, less than a mile, where you will find John’s Pass Village which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.
For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more!
