Bang for the buck!
"Nice room on the first floor with a patio overlooking the Marina and canal. Nice little rootop bar on the 2nd floor. Offseason price lower than the other hotels i looked at. I will return here in the future!"

Even though the Hotel beach wasn't overly crowded; if you walked to the beach and to the left (less than 1/4 of a mile down) the beach is really empty and quiet.
