"This is a unique location with the self-check-in. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out the door ""unlock" feature but once we figured it out there was absolutely no delay going forward. My only tip would be to wait for a second or two once you hit the "unlock" on your phone and trying the handle."

"Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. It is close to station in the lower town and easy to find if you follow directions given by Giulia otherwise you will never get it. This B&B is very unusual and is more like an apartment.It's on the 3rd floor of an old building and there are 3 bedrooms rooms all opening on to a small kitchen area which is well stocked with stuff to make your own breakfast , yogurts, cereal bread jams , wide range of teas and coffees , sweets etc etc.there is a large fridge with fresh...

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

Room good size wardrobe too tall could not reach upper clothes rail, bed uncomfortable could be resolved by putting topper on the mattress. "The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍"
