La habitación no era amplia, pero estaba limpia, moderna, con cafetera, botellas de agua; buena ropa de cama y toallas. Una carpeta con explicaciones minuciosas de cómo funcionaba cada cosa. En particular no soy partidaria de no tener contacto con los dueños, pero sé que muchos funcionan así. No recibí nunca el código de acceso a la estructura , pero igual pude acceder tocando un timbre y así hacerme de las llaves. En el lugar -según la carpeta-, hay una cochera disponible que no usamos, buscamos parking en las inmediaciones.

Extremely disappointing stay. We arrived at 9:20 PM, but the room we booked had mistakenly been given to another group. When we went to the room, another party was already there and understandably became upset when we woke them for being in our room We waited outside/in the hallway without a room until 11:10,nearly 2 hours. The supervisor struggled to communicate with the other guests, so I had to help translate and convince them to move rooms. During this, the supervisor opened the door to another occupied room disturbing a third group! Next day the housekeeper woke us early to move our car. We had only ONE car and had parked as instructed . The property later falsely claimed we had two car and had parked incorrectly. Their video did not show a second space. Worst was the aftermath. The supervisor/Michaela agreed to a 100% refund that night; I agreed to wait until the next day because it was late and I felt bad for her. The property messaged us next day that we were given a full refund which was issued immediately—false, as I had not received it. It then changed to 50%, claiming the delay was only 30 minutes despite our nearly 2-hour wait, and repeatedly claimed the manager had agreed to 50%. So many things were wrong: the room assignment, nearly 2-hour wait, having to resolve their mistake ourselves, parking accusations, being woken before checkout, and contradictory statements about what happened and the refund. We were blameless and patient. I would not stay here again.

Toller Aufenthalt Hotel lag in einer netten Gegend mit vielen netten kleinen Bars und Restaurants. Man konnte in die Altstadt laufen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend und man fühlte sich wohl.
