Newly Renovated Hidden Gem

Charming 2 BR bungalow with a recent to-the-studs remodel completed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. New everything, fresh and clean!

We have worked very hard to renovate this charming home just for you and hope that you love it! There is a queen bed and twin bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. All mattresses are comfortable memory foam with layered bedding and soft sheets to ensure you get a great night's sleep. The chic kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig with a variety of pods and bagged tea. You will find the pantry stocked with pancake mix and syrup as well as oatmeal and basic staples. Enjoy that coffee and breakfast on the back deck and bask in the morning sunshine to make sure you get your day started off right. Beside the deck is a charcoal grill available for use and we just put in horseshoe pits and put up a hammock for some outdoor fun and relaxation when the weather is nice! An assortment of board games and coloring books are provided and there is also a pack and play should you be traveling with an infant. There is a dollar store across the street should you need items beyond what's provided.

You will have access to the entire property including the large yard with enormous pecan trees--feel free to enjoy some if they're in season! You'll be given a code to access the electronic lock so that check in is effortless and at your convenience.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Property is inspected and cleaned after each guest and if it is found that you smoked in the house you will be charged for additional cleaning and smoke removal. There is a doorbell camera and two more exterior cameras recording for the safety and security of guests and the property. One covers the front of the house and the other the back of the house.

Great Stay
Best shower water pressure on the planet!!! Unit was clean and well done. Neighborhood is older houses but no problems there. 1.8 miles to campus and out of the chaos. Very nice stay and accommodation.

Very clean! Owner was very responsive and detailed everything worked great could use a few mirrors in bedrooms since only one bathroom and the ladies needed for makeup. Cold water in the fridge and WiFi worked great.

The house was everything that was advertised. It was up-to-date and clean. Pros: The kitchen and bathroom had everything you could possibly need. House was up to date and even had a Netflix account logged in. The owner was very responsive. Con: Not the best neighborhood. Your view out the front door is 5+ dumpsters and they empty at least one daily before 7 am.

We came to Stillwater to go to OSU John Smiths wrestling camp. The house is about 2 miles from campus. Super easy to navigate there and back everyday. The house has everything you need, pots, pans, keurig with k-cups, and all the seasonings! Washer and dryer in the unit, plenty of bedding and towels. There was a smart tv and fast internet. The owner was super responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again for next years camp, if available!

It looks newly remodeled, was clean, comfortable, full kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans was helpful to cook meals. We didn’t need it, but there were books and games for enjoyment. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous!!

Very nice and homey
Our stay at the property was very nice. We felt at home and all slept well in the beds. I personally loved the water pressure in the shower as lots of hotels have horrible water pressure. We used the washer and dryer which were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming Little Bungalow
We so enjoyed our stay at this charming & completely renovated little bungalow. We came to Stilly to visit our daughter at OSU & go to the football game. The house is the perfect location, only minutes from campus. It has everything you need and provides more room for a family to spread out than a hotel room.
